All in all, an average show. I liked most of the actors more than I liked the show itself or their characters. It was light, familiar stuff with nothing really new except maybe a boy who knows he likes boys from the onset (but even those are becoming more common these days). I felt it started better than it ended (if you can call it "the end" since it will continue in the sequel). Like many BL it seemed to suffer from the writers forgetting what their characters had done/gone through/said and repeated itself quite a bit. I think Kluen told Dao all the things he had done for him in High School 3 separate times, and Dao pretended he was hearing them for the first time on each occassion. Lame writing. But nothing horrible here, just nothing to really single out as remarkable either. I won't be watching again. Too many better shows for a re-viewing.

WTF? So convoluted. More like a fever dream than an actual story. Jumps all over the place. Made very little sense. Expects the audience to assume most of what they claim later happened. Not satisfying at all. So much potential wasted. Thank God it was only 5 very short eps, but in all honesty, I wish I had gotten all that time back. So disappointing.

Yes, in REAL life, that's usually how it goes. But this is BL... written mainly for teenage girls in cultures where homosexuality is not as open as the West. Some of my favorite BL series end with one chaste kiss. To me, it's about the story and the characters and their romance, not the sex (but don't get me wrong, I love the sexy ones too!)

That said, I do not like the "stop kissing me, what are you trying to do, you pervert" mentality that permeates so much BL - especially when it happens AFTER they have declared their love and relationship.

Very sweet and satisfying ending. I thought Le's breakdown with his mother was exceptional. They said a lot, but they said a lot more with what went unsaid. Even scenes like the tickling at the end felt so natural, as if these two have indeed been friends forever and this was second nature to them. Great acting all around. A story unlike any other BL I've ever seen (and I'm over 100 series), with characters I came to love even with their flaws. Sure, some tropes and mis-steps along the way, but all in all a moving and thought-provoking series that I would be happy to revisit again. KUDOS to all involved. Can't wait to see what's next for all the actors and the production company.

There has been this pattern of two steps forward, one step back throughout, but in Ep 7 it got on my nerves. Kluen has confessed several times already, and yet Dao still seems shocked every time he hears it. They also basically repeated the same dialogue from previous episodes. Kluen said, I may be smart, but I'm stupid when it comes to love. And Gia said the same thing in this episode. Most of her speech was stuff Kluen had already said to Dao. I also thought this was one of Dunk's weaker eps. Oh well. I'm happy they're together and finally talking it all out. Communication is the key, as I've learned myself. Not sure I need another episode. It will just be fluff and cheesy declarations (and the set up for the Sky portion) but I can't wait to see Fah in a lead role.

That finale just about ruined what enjoyment I had previously gotten from this show. Just useless. They could have added 1 more minute to episode 7 and gotten to the same result. So unsatisfying. I wish this genre attracted good writers, but from what I understand the pay is very low. Too bad.

Again, I didn't dislike it as much as many of you. And again, probably because of my crush on Ji Woo - who I think did a great job in his role. I liked the stalker storyline, although it really had nothing to do with the MC and I wish we had at least known the guy in some manner before his reveal, but at least it brought a different dimension to the story and brought some light to a serious on-campus problem worldwide. I DID see the signs that JiWoo was open to MM relationships and watched as his attachment to RoA grew and became more than friendship, so his realization at the end felt natural to me. Yes, I would have liked an episode where he struggled a bit more and finally gave into his feelings, but I thought his rejection of Yu Na was handled fairly well and certainly in an adult fashion. I liked Nam Jun and Hye Won (although her stalker behavior was more disturbing to me than the actual stalker), but the teacher's reactions throughout were great and I liked that he relented now that she was no longer his student. Nam Jun WAS a great friend, despite having feelings for RoA. That was heartwarming. A lighter piece of BL confection, but I wouldn't mind revisiting it.

Yes, this one has major problems, but somehow it's so light and inconsequential (and short) that it didn' t bother me half as much as it did the rest of you. I guess I forgave everything because Han Gi Chan is just so beautiful. Holland on the other hand is not my cup of udon. And yes, his acting is bad. Should they have explained things better? Damn straight. What bothered me the most was how many times they closed the restaurant for stupid reasons. Not the best way to get a business up and running and gain a reputation. But I still enjoyed this show for its unique premise and setting and ADULT storyline. And Gi Chan. Did I mention him? Sigh.

But the tag attracted attention for those that wanted a BL. It's like selling someone a peanut butter sandwich and when they bite into it, it's liver. You're expecting something and got something different. What's wrong with tagging a show appropriately?

No, you could cut a movie into 6 episodes and it would still have the same complex characters (unless it's a crappy movie). It's just that the writing ihere s not as good as in most feature films.

I know this will not be a popular comment, but I thought Le was gay the whole season. I knew he liked Wen Wen, but he was a little boy then. And little boys don't know what love or romance truly is. I thought he simply missed his FRIEND. I assumed he had come to realize his own feelings/sexuality in the interim 10 years. He seemed attracted to, interested in and moving closer and closer to Amber from the outset. Theirs did not seem like a boy-boy friendship, but a budding romantic relationship. I wish they had been a little clearer/more overt with his hetero inclinations (did he ever talk about liking girls at all? maybe I missed it). Then I might have bought into his hesitance to date Amber.

Also, it seems like he came to the realization that he actually loved Amber in the cafe after Amber runs away. He gets that shocked expression. "What am I doing?" (I thought that was a little too easy and fast). But then he goes back to being clueless until his conversation with YuHe. Then he gets the same shocked expression. "Am I too late to realize this now?" (Again, I thought this was fast and easy). I'm not suggesting it take him months to figure it out, but this quick reversal just seemed a bit too easy for my tastes.

I am in love with ALL the actors in this series. What a phenomenal job they are all doing. Kudos to all.

They mattered because their love helped Le define his own. The pacing was a bit slower than most BL, but then again, this is a more thoughtful BL tackling much more complex issues. In all honesty, I think Le came to his realization a little too fast and easily.

That scene in the car may be my favorite of the whole series. Yu He was excellent there (as always).

I agree that the show has problems. The story goes back and forth and back again. I'm very tired of Kluen's inability to respond or express his feelings IN WORDS (a few kisses don't really explain it all). There is really only one conflict in this show... does he like me and can I accept it. It's a bit shallow and in need of some real character development, but I still think it's better than a lot of the genre. After recently dropping like 6 shows in a row, at least I can stick with this one (but as one viewer commented below, it's probably because I'm watching week to week, and forget in the interim just how minor this one is).

But I actually thought Joong did a very nice job in this episode, especially in the garage scene. And I don't have a problem with Dunk, either (of course that may be because I'm head over heels for him). It's almost over at least (and boy did that trailer for next episode give EVERYTHING away?)
