Maybe not uninterested is the word. More so he looks tired so doing a lot of it is taking it out of him to the point he'd rather not. The crazy fans actions when they want him to do certain fan service like things for them does not amuze him at all. Now I'm only basing this off of public events, interview settings etc that I've just recently seen. I have no idea who these actors are on a deep level. So I could be way off.
Not putting any assumptions on anyone as a person. Save though seems really not into the whole cringey fan service he has to do all the time. I feel kind of bad for him because he looks like he's putting on a smile even though he's exhausted. And if you're going to start yelling at me for assuming just don't reply to me. Sure thing. That's completely understandable. Episode 2 was very painful to watch. I feel it's going to stay within the same path it's taken with the tone being over-the-top try-hard to be funny with Wans behavior, but it comes off as too cringey. I do agree James was doing a better job than most of the cast. I'll continue because I don't have much else to watch as of right now because Fool In Love is apparently taking forever to air and that's what I actually want to watch xd maybe that one would interest you instead as well? I believe the main actor has been in numerous lakorns, so he's actually pretty skilled acting-wise.

The book is heavily toxic. Series? Not so much in my opinion. Could've used a dash more of toxic. They played it safe. However I don't think this is as bad or unwatchable as people are making it out to be. You'll just have to decide for yourself xd
Hm. First two episodes all I can come up with is meh. I'll try a couple more and see if it pulls me in a bit more but it may just not be my kind of style of show.
