Just wait and see 😂 It’s the times that NYZ kept saying “He’s a kid, I treat him like a child” etc, plus Ruyi keeping her patience with LTG despite him sexually harassing her(yes that’s what it is), that made me think they’re underestimating LTG & it’s gonna be a big mistake. I’ll be happy to be wrong though.

I do wonder if she’ll ever meet her dad again.

That’s why this drama is called A Journey to Love; learning to love yourself. So many tasks, responsibilities, missions thrown to them are against their will. Most of it not worth the risk. It’s a journey for them to discover self-love.

If the woman he loves tells him NO that’s not what she wants, he just has to respect that. There’s no other way. NYZ is not obliged to teach him anything actually. No one is obliged to do anything for him unless they’re his maids and attendants.

Yeah because they all still underestimate the damage he could inflict to their missions as they think he’s just a child 🙄 If my guess is right, the scriptwriter might be teaching everyone who thinks he’s just a harmless poor idiotic child a lesson that sometimes, a creep is a creep and you can’t keep making excuses for him no matter how much you like him.

I felt bad for her too. Being rejected twice within such a short time must’ve hurt like shit for someone as proud as her. But the good thing is SS seems to really like her. I don’t think it’s the end for them.

Today’s eps made up for yesterday’s eps. It’s Shisan to the rescue! He’s quickly overshadowing the leads! The words coming out of his mouth OMG 🥰🤣 AND I can finally say…I was right abt LTG(don’t hate me). Also right that NYZ’s words did nothing much to him. LTG is not worth rooting for. After all that, he still went and hugged Ruyi from the back. Irl, that would be considered sexual harassment. I’m soooo glad Chuyue met Shisan! I instantly ship them 🤣

🤣 I actually had that thought when watching last night. Like since when are you that caring for your SG, Denghui? Since when you had that guilt?

The more I talk about it, the more things don’t make sense in terms of the political plot. I see that that’s the scriptwriter’s weakness now. This drama is about the characters and their journey. I love that but the political plot IS also the cause of the journey and growth so to me, it should be given more thoughts by the scriptwriter.

I suspect the same that they edited the princess’ part because they wanted to fit that in but had to cut scenes to shorten the drama length. But for me, I’d have preferred them to shorten the romance parts a bit and give that to LTG & 2nd prince scene, plus a bit more of the planting of that badge. Which brings me to another question…the evidence is so easily found at the crime scene. Wouldn’t the emperor suspect the 2nd prince was being victimized? If he’s the suspicious type as was shown previously to always be suspicious of LTG, wouldn’t he think of LTG right away? It won’t be hard to know that with the 2 princes gone, who’ll benefit most from it.

I’ve made several replies so I don’t remember if I’d said NYZ’s perfect(I believe I didn’t). I said he’s the best man. Best ≠ good or perfect. We’re talking in the context of this drama and he IS the best man out there for any woman.

Yes I don’t expect LTG to ‘wake up’ with just the water dunk 😂 I expected a more powerful lesson from NYZ. Guess that’s me having too high an expectation. And actually I don’t think LTG has realized much from what NYZ said. He heard his words, know what he meant but I’m 50-50 with how much it changed his obsession. I’m afraid it didn’t…he just found a way to manipulate the situation so that his shifu talks to him again. Hope I’m wrong.
