To top it up, her voice becomes super unbearable when she was drunk.....i don't know why they hire this particular dubbing artist, her voice is really irritating and to make it worse FL's acting is over the top.
Chinese writers are very smart when it comes to choosing a title for a drama, even though the title and the story are unrelated 'Love at night'...i guess it is to attract large audience who will be looking for the particular love at night scene....lol.....Anyway....i am in ep 3 and i don't understand this, doesn't FL also did the same mistake as her fiance that she got drunk and kissed a stranger accidently....touched his chest etc..i don't know how she is any different than her fiance....shouldn't she be ending their relation as quickly as possible now....I saw ep 7 and 8's preview and i see FL meeting her future Mother in Law....i mean why drag so much
Even though the clips of the culprit from the past was very short, one can easily makeout its a woman by looking at that person's fingers or lips.....Definitely its not the doctor though he might be the son of the accused of the chimera case in the past who is dead now, but definitely its not him and i am sure either now or in the past, the murderer was/is a woman....The killing style is very smart as in where it doesn't involve strength because woman cannot drag a 75-80 kg man around....so when i look at the ways of murder, i think they are smartly planned so i think its a woman. Doctor has served in the UK airforce, so he wouldn't leave any evidence behind (like blackbox footage while chasing the reporter or infront of the dead policeman's house) if he was the murderer. I think he carefully left those because he wanted the police to find him so he didn't even ask for a lawyer. He probably wanted to throw a light at the old case 1984's chimera where his dad was accused to prove that he wasn't the murderer and the murders now maybe he is curious because they actually following the same way as the 1984's. He wants to catch the murderer to prove his dad's innocence.
So initially when he did experiment on the white and black mouse...white died in the process, I checked again and that is what he said to the lady researcher while asking for the corpse so he decided to do the experiment on a corpse who is dead not more than 36 hours ago.
Why did FL push ML from the rooftop when they were in school, i am i went back and saw it couple of times but…
No...i mean whatever the reason might be, cushion or no cushion, pushing someone from the rooftop is considered attempt to murder...anyway, looking at them after 14 years, looks like she was let go....anyway, thanks for replying back.
Why did FL push ML from the rooftop when they were in school, i am i went back and saw it couple of times but it didn't make sense...Isn't it attempt to murder... anyone???
Also, you left out one thing.....How he came home and put that helmet on his wife who looks like in a coma where he himself told that the subject would die when the brain wave transfer happens....lol...very irresponsible..
This was my observation--- The drama was amazing, nothing like typical korean or chinese or Japanese drama. Full of life lessons especially when it came from good looking leads.....lol.. here are few things i didn't like it or had problems with (nothing major though) 1) Till the President came back (which is i guess in ep 5), it was fun to watch our leads getting attracted to each other, helping each other, but after the return of the President, i felt Mashiba spent more time with him than with Shun. I know at this time it was more of an admiration for the President but i missed Mashiba-Shun times. I know they handled it in a matured way, but Mashiba was more with the President. Just here and there she spoke with Shun. I know he was busy with the restaurant but it didn't bother her much ( i mean like she was worried for him for 10 mins then for next 30 mins she is helping the President or spending time with him) 2) I find it cruel when he/she in a relationship say 'you don't trust me' to the other person after spending most of their time with the third person. I really don't know who would be fine when they see their girlfriend spend most of her time with her crush and also this person has feelings for your girl. She also gets him home and tie his tie. I mean i know this is not that kinda drama but i felt bad for Shun most of the time. I felt he dealt with his problems alone, whereas Mashiba had emotional support (Shun) and Professional support(President) throughout. I am not denying she grew but we cannot deny she had support throughout. 3) Also i felt President and Shun's ideologies were opposite. Though President encouraged Mashiba to achieve her dreams but he also encouraged her to put makeup (which isn't wrong) or praised her unnecessarily whereas Shun encouraged her to be herself, do what she is comfortable doing, enjoy the moment, She is best when she has no makeup or puts sneakers instead of painful heels......I thought Shun was realistic compared to the President (So i guess Mashiba was attracted to the President and hated Shun initially )... 4) The previous day they had a small argument about how she got a present from the President and the next day because he was late to the date, she went with the President (I really don't know who would understand this kinda situation)...I didn't understand this part..Shouldn't one need to avoid such things....I mean i know it was Shun's mistake here, but that doesn't mean you go on a same date where you were supposed to go with your boyfriend but now with your ex-love..I don't know how mature is this, but i find it funny....Also, i know Shun was insecure about the President throughout but come on he is against the CEO of a company who wouldn't be intimidated. 5) Kurumi is a smart person, you are telling me she didn't even have a hint till the end that President had feelings for her then its unbelievable. Even Shun told her that the President likes her, still she brushed it off. This guy was a CEO for 18 long years, yet he didn't have any acquaintance, friends or family where he could have stayed when his luggages got stolen...lol... Ok, he wanted to be around her so he didn't contact anyone, i agree with this, still she didn't have any clue...wow!!!! He conveniently shows up whenever she is in trouble or holds her occasionally ...i don't know which CEO does that.... Didn't she always complain about Shun being free all the time and now he is working his ass off and she has problem that he doesn't have much time....Just to keep up with the subject of the drama 'MATURE' they (leads) didn't even talk about the date, i felt they just brushed it off....They should have spoken their minds off like how Mashiba is feeling disconnected or How Shun is getting intimidated whenever she is spending time with the President....Even though its a mature relationship, one needs to talk......Just because they are not talking about it doesn't mean there is no problem.....I wanted them to confront and share their inner feelings with each other, which never happened.....and talk through that....So i don't consider this as mature relationship as they just brushed it off by saying sorry......that was really funny, i mean he saw her go on a date with the President and she forgave him for standing her off by just a sorry and breakfast....i guess, .....this is what writer's imagination of a mature relationship......lol.. 6) I hated it when Shun told her not to run away and face the problem while talking about Hokaido and she left him and went home for saying that but later she ran to the President confronting the same saying she doesn't want to run away., Shun kept telling her not to push herself or force into doing stuff , again even she confronted the same with president....i mean, for every small thing she ran to the President and kept telling she likes Shun now and never took his advices......well i didn't see that spark between the couple because they overdid the President trajectory after ep 5.... 7) Koko san's trajectory was also funny..i mean they had a divorce because they had different expectations from life and also each other, its her husband who initiated the divorce because he couldn't stand her. Later he comes back saying sorry because he missed her and realized her value...i mean, is divorce a joke, its very painful especially for those couple who had stayed with each other for long. Just because he solved few problems for her, she went soft on him and that hospital call....come on.....i wish real world was so simple...i guess this was writer's idea of real world... I had great expectations while watching this as 98% of the comments and reviews are positive but i am disappointed...i was expecting an actual mature relationship who go through thick and thin with each other and overcome every difficulty...well.....anyway good time pass as there was no toxicity as they never addressed it..... .Just my 2 cents...lol
Thoughts while watching episode 1🙃 The orange tones for the "past" scenes were so ugly I cannot. It's not like…
You jotted down few questions which i had but still i have few. left.....let me know even if you have noticed these things.... 1) Didn't he say in order to successfully transfer the memories from the subject to the recipient, either the subject dies in the process or it can be done on the recently dead person's brain. Two people cannot be alive when the processing is taking place. Then how did he plug that weird helmet on his wife's head to see her memories. She is not dead, she is in coma, won't this put her life in danger. 2) For the 1st time, he almost died in the process, his junior had to bring him back to life so how did he accomplish to come back to life when he did the experiment alone for the 2nd time on that suspect guy who had some kinda relationship with his wife. 3) After the 2nd transfer, he started seeing weird shit like dead people on the road, in the backseat of the car. He was able to distinguish that he is hallucinating and that is not reality, but as soon as that dead girl came and told him that "Do hyun is alive" why did he think its a reality and the truth and not hallucination. How did he believe that. weird ...lol Brain related stuff is very complicated, writer needs to be extremely careful and convincing, because audience who are watching this are not the normal rom-com leave your brain outside kinda audience. They will dissect everything. Even though audiences are not science major but one can easily tell what makes sense and what is a total bullshit.....I guess this is a 6 episode drama, so writer is trying to establish many things in one episode.
Like it or not they have a past and she did love him at one time and it’s in her character to believe and trust…
If this was only his problem then nobody would have given a second thought, his obsession is affecting her , and moo hak here....I know you were being sarcastic, but using karate chops on him won't be a bad idea.
Like it or not they have a past and she did love him at one time and it’s in her character to believe and trust…
After the pent house incident do you think he has took her rejection seriously!!!! Ahhh...no... Also, in the past itself he told her to be reborn as real daughter of cheongsan family which is basically telling her to die. Here it's not about trust or love, this man made her dad kneel down....she knows this, so at this point of time it is neither trust nor love.
The show is almost ending, 3 more episodes to go (Subbed), till now i was trying to understand the character of Da Li. The writers over and again tried to establish the fact that she is smart but i failed to notice. Ep 13 was kinda filler to me, i do not understand as to why she made so many decisions because there were other pressing priorities (Like proving her dad's innocence). I know she tried to reason it out to Moo hak, but it didn't make sense. Like moo hak said if selling the art pieces were the solution then she would have done that long ago but to that she said she didn't want to sell it for cheap, i mean as if she had any other option (She even didn't have monthly salary to pay for her employees and creditors stormed their office and it was moo hak who paid them all) so i do not understand why now of all time. To that she said she wants to love moo hak as equals i mean this dialogue according to me was forcefully fit in (the whole day she didn't ans his call, she was cold to him and all of a sudden this dialogue, it was out of place). Also, I do not understand why Da li goes to places where Jung Tae Jin suggests or listens to his bullshit. I know you may all say that she is keeping her pride aside for business. But now she knows that he made dad kneel down infront of so many people, she shouldn't even see his f******* face. I mean just because he said to get into his car, she got in, went to his office and listened to his one sided confession. He also took her to his pent house where they were supposed to live after marriage. Her rejection also sounds so sweet to me. She acts way too sophisticated infront of him. Even though she has put him down several times but this guy doesn't understand 'NO' so i think she should have been more harsh to him as this is not business and her personal life. Anyway, show is ending and i have stopped understanding this character.
I am 99 % certain that the person who came out of that apt 405 was a Woman, they tried to keep it a mystery by making that person wear a black bucket hat and black overall because black can conceal body size etc but that person's neck and head size gave away...... even though a woman dresses like a man from head to toe, just by observing the neck area one can make out...
I know its too early to say anything but any thoughts?
I completely defend Dali here. She has taken smart decisions on her own at the right and crucial time. The marketing…
When did I say asking for help is bad also what ever you wrote is what I have written...it is Jung tae Jin and moo hak who helped her repeatedly....we both are reiterating the same thing....she hit rock bottom several times and what she did was cried😥, we know that it was very hurtful of what people commented about her adoption, which is very sick. But is crying going to solve the problem. Going away from the gallery going to solve the problem..... No right... nobody is saying crying is a kinda weakness but it is not going to solve the problems either. Most of the hardships she has faced so far were all created by Jung Tae jin, and i don't remember her coming up with any sorta solution...She has Ph.D in arts, she is the director of the gallery, she cannot be this vulnerable everytime as running a gallery doesn't generate any revenue so this kinda problems going to appear again and again in the future. So she needs to be strong as her enemies are very powerful. Now she needs money for inheritance tax, what is she going to do..... She cannot do next exhibition because of the new controversy her cousin brother created.... All the doors are shut, but going with Jung tae Jin is not the answer... anyway time will tell....
