man song ha yoon's acting is so good to the point i have to keep telling myself she is ONLY acting and she is…
Rightt! and like those minute and subtle change in expressions she does from cute to cunning? damn. like in today's ep when she stole the flag from jiwon, she smiled playfully and then glared at her in the same frame.
also lmao Mansu being a middle eastern prince in hiding I can't 🤣😭
that reunion in the snow was so beautiful omg. I wanna re-watch this whole episode istg it's beautiful. the OST is everything. so are the remastered versions of Cho Yong Pil's songs. ahhh my mouth hurts after smiling so wide for an hour haha.
good on our power rangers becoming successful in their own ways. love that second chance for them too!!
My heart is so full. The bonds of family, friendship and community in this drama are just so precious. watching the last ep I felt like I was part of it all. ❤️
~As always, we're going for only as long as our breath allows without being greedy. And whenever we're out of breath, we'll come back to that place. Our small stream, Samdal-ri.
The plot started out exciting but ended up feeling quite lackluster after the midpoint. The main characters were…
agreed completely. it had its moments, like the tango scene you mentioned. the initial eps were really fun and then it just fell off, both in terms of plot and chemistry.
haha BTS twist :) no need to give release date of songs hahah everyone knows it already
I didn't know the exact days, but yeah obvious they were from the future. but the best part was the presentation. like who woulda thought to ACTUALLY play the songs then in the ep lmao. so fun
can I get a Tae Woon for myself too haha?! the main couple is adorkable plsss! cutest, most real high school friendship and relationship fr. man these two are even cuter in the bts videos. like so many scenes that ought to be iconic haha.
ep 12 was wonderful. eomma's vinegar revenge was satisfying, so was samdal and her team letting eun joo know that samdalri was their territory. i cried hard with hae dal and ha yul. 😭 ep ending was painful but I'm glad we are finally addressing the break up reason. I sleep easy knowing ko mi ja will be on samdal's side this time. ep11 was also one of my favs. haenyeos brawl yeehaa!!
Started really strong and interesting and fun but the end just felt unfulfilling. the final ep was not satisfying…
like where is the grandpa? he was supposedly the main villain in the past too. what happened to the magician lady? heck even a butterfly montage would have been sufficient. also the wedding w/o sawol and mr hong present? atleast a reunion scene? the marriage looked like they had to cut down scenes and include a quick finale happy ending scene cut.
well all those aside, ig we went on and experienced SLS for the same character 😭 cuz like Joseon TaeHa definitely deserved better. he was betrayed by his family and then having his love remain one sided? feel for that man. and Idk I thought yeon woo was beginning to like him before and after the marriage, and her opening up and falling in love with present day Tae Ha happened after she saw the surgery marks on his chest and realised he is indeed her husband (albeit a reincarnation) and not "a trickster guy"?
or even if they wanted to stress on them being different people (?) and yeon woo's love for tae ha for who is in the present day - they could have executed it better. maybe even in a more heartbreaking or bittersweet fashion with his short span of life in the past and wishing to meet her in some other life - as the present and healthy Tae Ha?
Started really strong and interesting and fun but the end just felt unfulfilling. the final ep was not satisfying imo. the production and quality did feel better compared to the previous few episode. but they could have tied it all up much better.
catching up on the show, and so far Ep 9 has been my absolute favourite. the start to the epi with the song about the haenyos in the backdrop of a stunning sea and island - it was hauntingly beautiful. there is something so deeply healing about the show. well, they do say letting out 'em tears are a sure shot way to heal, and this ep brought plenty and more of that lol.
