Very unpopular opinion that I gotta share everywhere bc it bugs me to no end. I really dislike Foei guilting Wayu into staying on this job. I get that she doesn’t want her top hosts to leave but that’s a bit selfish. Wayu’s dream is really to be an architect and when he was crying in Krit’s house he said the truth about the fact that he HAD TO get this job. Key wording on the had to. He never liked doing it and just bc they helped him in time of need and he considers them family it doesn’t mean that you now have to stay on this job. He loves the family he gathered there. NOT THIS JOB. No need to press on him with that and “you really gonna quit just because your boyfriend told you?” is not nice. You gotta be happy if someone you love gets a chance to live a better life.

Like people are ganging up on Krit in those moments, but the truth is his possessiveness in the novel is really just for his and Wayu’s personal kinks and funsies. In every other aspect he really just listens to everything Wayu says wanting him to get everything he wants. And seeing Wayu burying his health like this was extremely painful. I don’t want them to follow the novel in this aspect. Health is not something you can get back sadly no matter how much money you have. He says he has enough of his own money to go study and now that Krit got Wai back, just let man go live his dream.

For real, I couldn’t agree more! It’s really strange to me lately how so many people became completely blind to what they’re watching. It’s like they not only don’t see the characters and dynamics the way they’re shown even when it’s obvious, but also sometimes don’t even seem to understand what genre they’re watching. Suddenly people are trying to make shitton of excuses for true red flags even tho the point is to enjoy them as they are and not turn them into something they’re not, bc that’s be already entirely different character. Meanwhile some kinky loving people become toxics suddenly just bc they have dom/sub dynamics. like make it make sense fr. From what I’m seeing for a lot of people the art of reading between the lines and watching with your eyes is dead. That’s why I’m really hoping they will keep the dialogue where Wayu tells Krit how much he enjoys all that, otherwise some people will for sure take it in different direction 🌚

And I also don’t understand why everything has to be black and white, green or red, it’s really tiring. Just like I don’t like my toxics to be flat toxics, I don’t like characters without flaws either. Like Krit is obviously not normal in a common sense, but toxic red flag he’s not. Give interesting characters some range pls.

Being overly protective and possessive doesn’t equal being toxic red flag. Being somewhat crazy and obsessed with someone in a good way that makes them happy also doesn’t equals a toxic red flag.

Also people need to understand that Wayu getting hard when Krit is being authoritative is a huuuuuge part of their dynamics (if anyone hasn’t noticed yet). And Krit knows it very well, so he constantly indulges him. So some of his phrasings like “I don’t allow it” or “don’t do this don’t do that” do not mean he will ever be a toxic man who actually for real prohibits Wayu anything. Wayu knows very well that Krit would never ever do something like that. He just gets off on the fact that Krit gets possessive and jealous and loves when he’s acting bossy, playfully answering him “yes, officer”, later when Krit gets a promotion Wayu says he needs to practice saying “yes, captain” bc it’s even hotter lol NO WAY PEOPLE HAVEN’T NOTICED THIS!!!!

I’m just wondering what brought this on? The fact that he replaced his gross clients who try to non-con touch him to a nice ones? Or the fact that he doesn’t want him to get cirrhosis which the doctor said he was close to getting if Krit didn’t lose his shit and got him a normal job? Or the fact that he is scared for him to go home half naked and fully drunk at night so he guarded him and took him home? I’m fine with protective, possessive which is canon, but toxic I don’t see.
