It was alright but was hard to finish. Not sure what the hype is either tbh there were a lot of loop holes and things that didn't make any sense.

A few that stood out to me -

1. If the snake dude was so rich why couldn't he just get out of prison whenever he wanted. And even if he couldn't why didn't his other RICH friend bail him out?
2. When the other dude's mother passed away, he got over it way too fast.
3. How could you trick a friend into having intercourse with their partner knowing they're not ready yet ??

This show was full of manipulation from all sides. The chemistry did not feel natural. The constant BREATHING in the mic made me want to listen to it on mute. When the ML was happilly yelling YAAAAY WOOHOO always made me cringe - like are you a kid or a grown ass man?

That said the song selection in this series was GOLD and the cast was great I just don't fancy the main couple and feel like the best actor was probably the kid.

ML acting was SO bad. Portraying twins but they feel like the same person. Fighting scenes were okay but compared to more recent school violence Kdramas it's mid. The most interesting part of the kdrama started at the end. No second season in sight so most likely abdoned so we're all stuck in an eternal cliffhanger. Everything felt SO rushed espeicially at the end. Romantic relationships were very superficial.

This could have been such a good drama. I'm HOPING so bad that another director picks this up, casts a better ML and gives us an actual Kdrama with body, volume, depth and longevity.

it's not, you're overthinking. And even if it was I'm sure Fan Xiao would have done something about it. Something like stalking the cancer to death.

Man went from red flag, red flag, amber flag ... communication is NOT key in this drama. I wish the 5 episodes of angst didn't exist. I went through all the stages of grief while watching this. I feel like Fan Xiao is a green flag disguised as a red flag but I just can't prove it. I feel like Shu Lang is a red flag disguised as a green flag but I just can't prove it.

Thanks for clarifying. She deserved this to some extent then. She's a good actress and is probably the most gorgous woman I've seen def has pretty privilage so I hope this (temporary) 'cancellation' was a wake up call for her.

I value kindness over everything, it's easy to give and doesn't cost anything. I find it unbelivable that a healthy, pretty, famous, rich young lady would choose to bully another person (that's a false statement as every woman described so in K-dramas tend to have this attitude... so I guess she was just feeding the sterotype OR it's not a sterotype).

I really hope she's just as pretty inside as outside and if she's not I hope she becomes and learns from this mistake.

Just on ep 1 and was bit confused why the ML name is the actors real name and then came back to check looks like it is the same but names are switched never seen this before - Kim Soo Hyun > Kim Hyun Soo
