I love him in 'A Journey to Love' I wish he was a lead in a drama similar to that. I came here wanting to see him in a lead role but so dissapointed he only has 1 and 1 TBA ... I wish him best of luck with his acting career!! Looking forward to seeing him more on screen
Haven't finished the episode yet but the 2nd couple's situation is weird. So like I get the financial burden but the other dude that is wealthier just FR said 'aah you broke and that's why you don't wanna be with me ok bye' and then both proceed to cry in a corner TF.
If my (illusionary) partner had expressed to me his financial struggles and how heavy it feels for him to be in a relationship with me KNOWING he loves me too - I'd say thanks for telling me, from now on let's work on this together if me buying presents or treating you to dinner makes you uncomfortable let's not do that we can go on FREE dates, walk in the park, picnic, cycling, weekend sample clubs.
Like don't just give up just because of money. I hate owing people and having to depend on others too I think it's a lot to do with their love language and just working out what's best for them. He's not gonna be poor forever. If the 2nd couple don't work out for some stupid sht thn this is stupid.
I also don't like NSA's acting in this drama (just saw it's his first drama so I forgive him ig) ... idk I feel like he doesn't understand his character. I've read a bunch of BL manga throughout my life and know exactly the kind of character he's trying to portay but him in this drama comes across ummm off? I can't really describe it but if this charater would be a real person I wouldn't want to breathe the same air as him.
Just finished, speechless ... Acting 10/10 the actors did a fab job ESPECIALLY the mains and the 'bad' guys. Their love felt so real, imma go read the novel bye

What the heck ... on the first episode and Chris Chiu's acting gave me CHILLS I need to see more of this guy on screen damn. Top notch acting so far - shocked

EXACTLY someone finally said that!! i also don't like that. I am very picky to Thai BLs, I only watch when both…
Thanks, thought I was the only one... Like I know there are men in gay relationships who are/act more feminine but I just feel like a lot of the time in BL series that's exaggerated. It's so much more relatable seeing two men navigating their sexuality who like you say are on equal footing where one in the relationship doesn't HAVE to look like they're taking on the 'feminine' role in the relationship.
The top doesn't have to be tall, strong and confident the bottem doesn't have to be short, weak and feminine. They should simply stop creating their personalities depending on what roles they take in bed, I honestly don't care. I just want to see two regular dudes falling in love. Hope this doesn't sound weird but I'm just triggered at this point. It is 2024 I'm expecting more mature, complex BL series similar to those you've mentioned in your list, I've just been let down too many times.

The title of the drama 'Kiseki' is Japanese, the series and actors are Taiwanese but speak Chinese in the series so what exactly is this?
