I hate to see Do Yun's sad face every time Theo says something that shows his interest in Jae In. Jae In, on the other hand, seems to act clueless to the meaning of anything Theo says.

I don't think Jae In is clueless; rather, she has already made up her mind, and Theo's flirting she takes as compliments and nothing else.

I can't recall the original ownership of the gallery, but that was included in what Jae In told her mother she was going to reclaim. Theo when discussing the paintings with the team said that everything will be returned to the original owner.
