Thanks. I know that one. The one big hurdle is the lack of Japanese subtitles, which makes it difficult for me to be 100% confident in my subbing capabilities, and is just a lot more work in general. Will keep it in mind though.

Did the restaurant owner got killed or she killed the guy who was looking at her in a weird way in opening scene?
She was (presumably) killed by the guy who later changed his identity to the cram school teacher and will continue to change his identity in every episode. You can tell it's her floating in the ocean by her clothes and wedding ring.

Also, the plot is that "that man" keeps changing his persona and appearance. Whether he's actually the murderer though, that's a debate for when the drama is over. There are also some wild theories that he's just a metaphor, the personification of disaster/misfortune itself and that only the protagonists in each episode see him the way they see him.
