I belive u will understand if u watch the show more, the property is owned by the ml's company, nd it will be beneficial for the ml to rent it to her because otherwise it willl be a vacant for a couple of years because the plans for that land r still in prrogress. I agree fl she was indeed a little immatur in the beginning but she alrdy had significant development till ep 7. Maybe if watch further u will understand clearly and the sfl well u won't like her much if u watch till the end
