That's what I thought there are good shows like this one then there are gripping shows like story of kunning palace, which get u hooked frm the first episode, after watching that I had huge expectations from both this nd tpr nd after being left devastated frm tpr was praying this to be supe good but now I m left a little disaaapointed but will still continue to support cuz love these leads

Lol just came back to this page i wonder what happened to everyone suddenly criticising everything, the subplot was subpar surely but other than that I don't see any issues fl was a realistic portrayal she was an aunt who gave up her carrier for her neiece nd had to grind so much, idk y PPL r complaining about her style, her looks, if anything it went well with her character description she did look a bit aged but if u put ur prejudice aside nd look deeper than the shallow surface u will come to adore the character alot nd ofc the ml was hot🗣️

This was the second kdrama I watched I still can't bear to criticise it lol back when I watched I had just opened a door of kdramas so this was a very memorable one, now it has become more like a guilty pleasure lol

If u watched it back then u would hv most certainly enjoyed it but now u might see some issues *spoiler*:the leading lady used to be the school belle but now struggles frm weight gain which is actually not due to obesity nd unhealthy eating so it's good to see her recover frm it but there's a huge amount of body shaming going on otherwise if u can bear w it then give it a go it was surely very entertaining

Lol just rewatched this one after a long time nd realised so many issues which I didn't see back then ig it's better to leave this as a piece of nostalgia frm good old days than dwelling on the issues about smth which was made 9 yrs back

Woah, I belive this plot is very unheard of in normal c dramas atleast the once with popular actors. U can tell how heart wrenching this is gonna be but i m so ready for this one, hopefull maoxiaotong gets some deserved international exposure
