What the heck haircut they did to Changhe ? They should have inspire from that one donghua at last which is 100%…
I think he looks worse in donghua adaption of Dashing Youth (adventure of young brewmaster), exactly the same haircut but with moustache. He definitely looks better in donghua adaption of Tales of Dark River

Imo, the donghua is quite boring. Not much going on. Dashing Youth follows novel so I think Dark River will follow novel too.

SMY in donghua (Tales of Dark River) is a completely different person compared to SMY in TBOY and The Adventure of Young Brewmaster (donghua for Dashing Youth). I like his version in TBOY and I think I'm going to like him in Dashing Youth too (I've watched a snippet of his fight scene with Gu Jianmen in Dashing Youth. It was beautifully done . Someone repost it on twitter)

If I'm not mistaken, they released 2 lists. 1 for deity ranking and another 1 for jade ranking. For deity ranking Baili Dongjun ranked 2nd after the death of Taoist deity (Mo Yi 1st). Luo Qing Yang 3rd.

You're right about Fan Jin Wei but Bai Shu (he played Lord Langya's son in TBOY) will play the young Lord Langya in this. I think someone askedabout the young Lord Langya (I'm sorry for the confusion)

The younger Lord Langya (Xiao Se's uncle) is going to be played by his son in TBOY. Li Hong Yi will play the founding Emperor of Beili.
