LMX didn't have that many scenes in the earlier episodes. But he got more scenes later on especially after the identity revealed (mainly with FL)

Should be grateful he took the risk to save the brother. Can we stop blaming on HY for everything? It's an act of selflessness on his part, that's why even LMX decided to keep it a secret. It'll definitely change DZY view on HY knowing he made a big sacrifice for her.

Technically, HY killed a spy sent by their enemy, Northen Qin. They just need to find proofs that he's a spy.

The left chancellor knew HY's weakness and he used it for his own benefits. He probably never expected that HY could react that way in public.

Not in the novel but they probably change the ending. It's just the speculation based on the leaked pictures. But it could be HY's little brother, just like in the novel but there's no mention of HY's little brother so far in the drama

In the novel, yes, she wants to seek revenge but it doesn't seem like it in the drama. They give that part to LMX.

She protected her son till her last breath. Her scenes were so impactful. Kudos to the actress

I wonder what kind of 'chemistry' you're looking for. It's supposed to be one sided fake affection in the beginning

I'll start paying more attention to this drama. Since I know nothing about the source material, so I won't have any expectations.
