Made it to Ep 6. Dropped. The writing on this is horrible. A shame as the leads are brilliant, but I can't sit through another second of the crap plot.
Because MDL is full of the dumbest people on the planet. Probably something was said in the episode that "offended" a certain group, so they downrated it. Happens all the time here. That's why MDL ratings are NOT reliable. Basically, if it's low-rated here, you'll probably love it ;)

Yep. I've checked her sources, and she obviously just runs the entire Korean news site through Google Translate and then slaps it up as her story. Can't even be bothered to re-write it with correct grammar half the time. She should be fired.

That's what's even worse. Paid to write drivel, drivel that is often made up of lies as she pushes gossipy story after gossipy not based in fact, or just completely translates word for word from the Korean news stories she uses as "sources". That she even thinks of herself as a writer is laughable.

It's weird but Rachel is really popular with Korean-Americans. I knew one when I lived in Korea and another two in L.A. :) Probably because it's a Christian name (Rachel was the wife of Jacob), and many South Koreans are Christian (over 14 million -- about 28 percent).

It wasn't produced by Disney. They just licensed it for streaming, and didn't even make a decision about that until its premiere date was finalized in Korea. Slingshot Studio produced it.
