You seriously won't get tired of this! It’s not like those typical dramas. Their separation is actually about growth, it doesn't even feel that sad because there's always this underlying sense of hope. The novel is one of my favorites, so I know how good it gets. Give it a try, you'll love it!

It's happy ending. Eventually they go to university and he finally gets her father's approval. It has a really nice ending. I didn't know about this sad ending at all. I read a translation so I don't know if I missed it some how.

They are not cousins at all. According to the novel, Xing Wu's mother was adopted by Qing Ye's mother's family. So there's no blood relationship between ML and FL.
