ok, I watched 13 episodes and now I think I will put it on hold, after episode 8 it gets very heavy, I liked 7 first episodes because there were something like slice of life series, I enjoyed them but later...nope, I guess I just prefer a bit lighter series, which don't deal with so much abuse and unhappiness... the actors make a very good job though...
Also, truth to be told I think Pam and Joe are the best people in the group, they bring a bit o laughter into this dark universe...
wtf, so you're telling me Pu prefered being raped by her stepfather instead of going home to live with her father? that's f*** up; after the first time he hurt her she could say to her mother that she wants to go back but she did not? or did I miss something?
I don't usually watch horrors (I prefer thrillers/crime/suspense) because I'm scared of them but I decided to watch this drama because of an interesting premise and I am sooo glad I did. The friendship between three main characters was beautiful. The scene when Choi Yoon was exorcising Hwa Pyung in the lake in the last episode was gorgeous, I was really moved by the invocation, maybe it's because I am Catholic but I just found it super touching and I loved it lol
Also the cinematography and music were amazing. I'm really happy I decided to watch it. It was really gripping, I finished it very quickly. One of my favs for sure.
The girl is 18 and 20ish after timeskip. Plus there’s barely romance in it..you’ll understand if once finished…
Truth to be told I don't care about her age, I just don't like watching Korean romances in general. There's just sth about them which I find really annoying XD But I will keep watching because I'm already at episode 5 and want to know what will happen next.
Sooo like the main problem in this drama was that some high schoolers had a special treatment? And that Ji-hoon's dad was hiding it from him? And So-woo thought it's unfair? I mean, from the beginning it was already not a secret that rich students had a better treatment so what's new? Lol
Maybe I am cynical but that hardly seems worth dying over? I mean I understand it was unfair and made So-woo upset. But he was acting like it was the biggest tragedy ever.
I mean,I really enjoyed this drama,it was interesting and engaging but I think they made this vip students thing much more dramatic that it was.
BTW: Ji-hoon s the best character, the way he manipulated everyone was brilliant.
I enjoyed this drama a lot. It was very entertaining. I love it when Narimiya Hiroki plays characters like J. For me, J was the most interesting character.
I find the premise interesting because of psychological aspects but can somebody tell me if there's a lot of romance? I don't like romance in kdramas and usually try to avoid it...
Yes there are a couple things wrong with this drama! The romance: why are the female love interests in these dramas…
Is there actually a lot of romance here? Will it make me cringe reaally hard? Lol I hate dramas with romance, that is why I usually avoid the ones with "romance" tag but this drama seems pretty interesting so maybe I should actually watch it.
I usually hate romance in dramas and avoid it at all cost but here I was shipping Ai and Azuki sooo much, even though their relationship is obviously not a main point of this drama. I hope they ended up together, which is a bit suggested by their messeges to each other at the last episode (as somebody in the comments translated).
Also, truth to be told I think Pam and Joe are the best people in the group, they bring a bit o laughter into this dark universe...

Can somebody tell me if they try to introduce some cringy romance there? Between the young policeman and the high-schooler?
Because if yes, I'm dropping it faster than they can say "psychopath". I'm watching thillers without romance tag to omit usual boring kdrama romances.

Btw: what is the novel's title?
