I think people forget that Krist is already a famous and popular figure in the Thai entertainment industry. People judge every series from international perspective. Their target audience is always Thai audience first and if it blows up internationally then that's even better. Just because a series doesn't gain international fame doesn't mean it doesn't do well domestically.

Maybe a difference in opinion but I never understood why people thought his acting was not good in SOTUS. It was actually good and his portrayal of Arthit was great imo. He clearly has range and potential to be better.

okay the first episode was so good! Love the chemistry and the BGM is just perfect! And honestly, I find Kawee's character somewhat refreshing. His character seems to be multi-dimensional. Also happy for Gawin! His first lead role! 😍

The end was whacky. Not because of the age gap because we have plenty of shows/movies with age gaps between leads (both male and female). And also Kiew was not there when Bamee was growing up he was in US as they said. But just the way the whole show was directed was choppy and whack. Cooper's acting was good but the rest was questionable. This could have easily been a good show with some good acting, a cohesive script and proper direction.

I think of PYY and CGY as more like soulmates. They have always been connected by destiny somehow even though they are soo different . They have unintentionally influenced one another positively. PYY started thinking more seriously about his future and CGY started to loosen up a little and let go of control.

Also, not PYY's mother laughing at CGY confession of liking his manhua and dissing her son's art 😂 Even with that, while everyone thought his manhua was silly, CGY was the only one who has always been a fan of it and influenced PYY not to delete it.

yea Chuying would've known about baker guy anyway but it would have definitely taken them more time to figure it was the baker guy who kidnapped YY. Anything could've happened to YY in the meantime.
With that ending, I think there is a high chance of S2! At least I hope there is.

Loved the ending! It can easily have a S2. The powerful crying scene of Cao Guang Yan was very impactful because he is the one who is always well put together and calm and to see him break like that was really sad.
We all been knew that baker boy was sus af. Psycho. Thankfully GY heard him talking to YY or else they wouldn't have known what happened to YY. I shouldn't have laughed but the scene where YY asks the baker if he is also a police after he told YY he is a baker was soo funny 😂
Great now YY is 10% with his 10% chance of surviving 😅😅

I don't think it's a crush but she definitely cares a lot for Yiyong. She literally saw him nearly die and saved him. So she is extra attentive with him because she knows how he suffered.

He is from Northeast China. A lot of Northeast Chinese have mixed features as they might be a mix of other ethnicities. while most of them are still majorly Han, they can also have some Mongol, Korean & Hui ancestry (mix of turkmens, uzbeks, far east russians, etc). You will notice a lot of actors and actresses from Northern regions of China have more sharper features because of this mix in ancestry.

I think the ending fit Kiyo's character perfectly. While everyone else was celebrating, she is content preparing for the next. She has expressed multiple times too that she found her passion. Cooking for everyone in the house is what makes her happy (and taking care of Sumire). She is not ambitious like Sumire. She is easy-going and likes to support others. As her grandma mentioned, Nabbeko-dango is supposed to be made for some people and some people are just content in making. Sumire has shown many times that Kiyo is special to her. From collecting raffles for her to wanting her to be the first person she tells that she is now an apprentice maiko.

It's hard to explain in English but they are shown to have this natural bond where they have no expectations from one another, they are just happy to be there for each other in any way they can. They have different personalities but can exist in harmony together. It's like a silent agreement between them that other characters often wondered about in the show too.

I hope they have a S2 but depends on how the last episodes end. Can't believe show will end next week 😭😭

Probably just me being paranoid but they said there was a 2nd person there with the girl, and I thought what if it was the baker? Honestly, I would be happy if that's not the case because he was kind of helpful these recent episodes 😅

Yea I was surprised too. Even though she is not a bad person but when she told him she can't risk her reassignment to the new team by reinvestigating the case, it really made me think so she was just doing it all to get ahead in her career? Now she has what she wanted she can't help him anymore? So I understand Yiyong's disappointment.

Personally, I have seen girls/boys 16/17 yrs olds date 19 yrs old college boys/girls. I can't say if it's right or wrong since for me both parties are still very young. 2/3 years difference in age doesn't make one extremely wise or have completely a diff. outlook in life. The thinking is still pretty much like teenagers. but people raised in different countries often see things differently I suppose so just my opinion.
However, in Guangyan's case, I think it's just that he finds her good-looking. He is not attracted to her romantically and doesn't want to pursue a relationship with her. Otherwise saying he thinks she looks cute and not scary and that blushing scene, he treated her usually and didn't do anything weird going forward.

This. Yiyong did mention passingly that Guangyan likes dolls so He Xie'An's mother should ask him about dolls but he strongly denied it. Otherwise he treated the doll spirit normally.

I kind of understand why Yiyong was mad at Chuying for saying she is only glad she met him otherwise she wouldn't come across such big cases. It did seem throughout the series that Chuying's motivation for helping Yiyong was mostly because she wanted to prove herself and advance her career because she didn't want to be stuck doing small jobs. But Yiyong genuinely wanted to help these spirits and wanted to solve the cases.
Glad Guangyan actually understood why Yiyong was upset. As he said, Yiyong is more of a cop and a doctor than them.
