The main character is such a despicable arrogant moron even going after his friends woman...even if i dont believe they should be together...this character is despicable in everyway. Hou ming hou last 3 series is where he can just do what he wants...he is the best at everything and the lady hust fall for him and he over throws emperors etc. So why have a villain if you can win so easly and you the best...abd that is not romance.. chinese drama are really losing it...the only reason they look like a success is most of the audience just follow the actors because they hadsome or beautiful and bling hero worship even if the story abd series is really bad and repeats a storyline....

Junk again from Hou Ming Hao...he seems to want to act in drama where he is power onto his own..and rebelling against the emperor ..all his drama lately have been the same...amazing that it passed chinese censorship. Is this trying to have hidden messages etc... all i see is a general greedy power hungry in open rebellion against the lawful ruler . A person who is a power onto his own. He is no hero or good person.

Wow you like this junk. Then little brains. Love of a thousand years had a story chemistry and engaging characters as opposed to models with flash and stupidity. I think you need to go back to school and start reading some quality novels not cosmopolitan

Rate it a 1 ...absolute drivel. Junk. Like a vehicle for stupidity and children who just want to see most powerful. Even that ending was ridiculous. You have a deity level character. Then the war demon comes in as a perfect war demon. Destroys him like a paper toy. A hero is only as good as the villain. The story and characters was not engaging. Lot of vile characters like a sheng etc but it tries to portray them wonderful characters. IT WAS BASICALLY A VEHICLE FOR THE ML ACTOR. AND THE CHARACTER HAD TO BE THE MOST POWERFUL AND COULD DO EVERYTHING WHICH MADE EVEN MORE STUPID. LOT HIGH AND MIGHTY PREACHING ETC. WHY YOU THINK THEY RELEASED 7 EPS SIMULTANEOUSLY...THEY KNEW IT WAS A TRAIN. WITHOUT STRUGGLE LOSS ETC TO THE VILLAIN A HERO CHARACTER BECOMES JUNK
