They botched this part about Yang Yang being ordinary while doing the opposite. Han Li is not supposed to be a lady killer by looks. He's just an average guy with immense talent for cultivation. Donghua is top for me. I didn't like the drama all that much. I can't believe they botched the daisy field scene with Chen sister (there was not a single daisy where they met). That was one of the coolest part of the S1 Donghua.

They have an official Channel on YT where u can watch all past episodes for free. Maybe subscribers can get the latest episode first...

Drama did worse than Princess Agents 2:

Some food for thought. These days it's almost too easy for the shadow company to tell AI to write 1000's of fake glowing reviews, esp when they are given all 37 episodes source videos in advance by the production company that hired them to feed to their AI agent

Unfortunately, the company still lost to the crowd. Zhan Zhao has about 70k votes on Douban. To move the score by a fair amount, the company would need to fake at least 20k, which is a daunting task. Explains why 3/5 still has the most votes:

Certain MDL users are maliciously spreading lies. Douban does NOT ban "fake" 1/5 (ie. Fan hate). They certainly won't ban fake 4/5 and 5/5 cooked and paid for by the shadow promotion company.

Just take a look at the very recent Princess Agents 2 Rebirth. Douban allowed users to "fake" 1/5 to their heart's content...

I never seen such a shameless company as the one that made Zhan Zhao Adventures.

They had money to hire Yang Yang but dont have the money to promote, I find that hard to believe.

Company smells like Fan BingBing. They have a shadow company to do those "deeds".

Yang Yang is handsome? Not in this drama. His version of Zhan Zhao looks like a commoner with average looks. Maybe his hairdo or stylist or maybe his clothes. Or maybe his age, but the 2nd ML looks way more hot than him.

BTW you have to admire the company a little bit. Most of them production companies are stupid. They only pay for the 5/5 votes to inflate the score.

This company also paid for 4/5 to make the score look more legit. So they're smarter than most score fudgers. But a pig is still a pig even after put on lipsticks...

Life as a pirate is good. You get the Chinese 4K 60fps version on the same day the VIP users in China get them. Plus it's the official version that don't need to be redited after it gets exported overseas. Those overseas streamers never give you the original version that's why they need to rerelease the first EP.
