I absolutely LOVED episode 15. why was everyone hating on it? seriously you guys need to watch some actual bad…
Okay, your opinion is valid. It's awesome for you, true.
For me, the quality of the plot is declining. The attempt of plot twist fail, because it's too tropey, cliche and draggy. The good scenes are not as strong as it should be, because hidden by the overwhelm bad scenes. And because it's the last week, people became anxious because so many plot hole and conflict are not solved yet. They even give us more problem.
Does it make the episode become the worst episode of drama ever? No. But it's the worst from all Queen of Tears episode. This drama start strong, giving us good emotional scenes and fresh plot twist again and again. Episode 15 doesn't meet that expectation.
Well, at least for me. Episode 15 is bad, but it doesn't mean whole QOT is a bad drama.
It always been like that on MDL. No count down on the d-day of the last episode because it's counted as complete drama. Such a miss, counting down the last episode is the most exciting part.
I think the one in meet yourself is more mature..so I was gonna say eldest..but maybe less traumatized than this…
Eii, youngest in her 30s can be mature too, hahaha.
Yeah, I pick youngest because MY feels more wholesome, going with the flow and free spirited😂 While this one is kinda more edgy and emotional. I'm playing stereotype here🤭
This drama and Meet Yourself looks like two drama written by two sibling living in same home but living different life. This one has middle child vibe, while Meet Yourself is more youngest child vibe😂
Aaaaaaaa until ep 12 this story was 10/10, so I set my expectation too high😢 Ep 13-14 only saved by the stellar acting of Soohyun and Jiwon.
But this episode... is such a let down. If you want give us twist, I expect 'Haein press conference' kind of twist or 'Hyunwoo-Eunseong car chase' kind of twist. I thought you already found the formula author-nim😭😭😭
OMY .. YESSSS Who IS THAT YOUNG version of Li Xian ACTOR!!He's Awesome .. Someone needs to CAST HIM NOW!!! He's…
Yes, so different, his acting range is wider that I thought. I read that his next project will be as main lead on youth drama. He seems going on good track👌
The talk in ep 8 remind me of last episode of The Good Place. It's an interesting take on what will happen after you die. I think I will try read that book. Even though I still curious, if there any other resource pre the book that explore similar idea.
Mark Ma, the boy who played young Chen Mai Dong, did he the one who played Li Xian's brother in Meet Yourself? His acting is so good. Actually the whole cast are so good. Dammit I can't stop crying...
I wish she will back with another drama. There is certain vulnerability in her works that I can't find in any other kdramas. And she is so damn poetic, I love her writing style!😭
i v only watched historical chinese dramas. So idk the quality of the modern era shows . Can someone give me more…
I found Cdrama post 2019 to be more well written (not cringe and full of loopholes like the predecessor). My top recommendation, prior watch this one is "Meet Yourself" it has same actor and similar setting. The story is so well written and the acting all so natural, if you into community base story with natural organic story and acting, you will love it.
My other recommendation: Go Ahead (Family), Hidden Love (Romance), and Reset (Triller).
You will see more and more people recommend this 4. Imho all are the best drama (cdrama, kdrama, jdrama) ever 😁 (definitely bias because all are my favs) I used to have stigma that Cdrama are all cringe and full of loopholes, but really, the good one are another level good.
