I don't like Han So Hee. I cannot exactly say why.
I guess I just don't feel her acting. She reminds me of Kristen Stewart in terms of facial expressions (by this I mean she seems to play all her roles the same way)
December is like... well... bombarding us with shows. I have an interminable list of shows that are about to start and that I am interested in. Looks like it's not just the pandemic keeping me indoors :))) i'll call this one K-ovid. :)))))
Does anyone know why this drama was named Happiness??
What if it's the code name of a nuclear bomb to nuke the city and stop the spread of the pandemic to ensure happiness is protected in other parts of the world?
Oh, no Writer, don't read this. :))) I am joking..
are we screaming for season 2??! I can't see how things will be wrapped up nicely in the last two eps
Me neither. Probably some hope in the ending for a cure (but somehow introducing a new character ruining it or trying to) or it will end with massive spreading and a gloomy perspective.
Kind of like our pandemic: WHO telling us it's over, we got a vaccine, but then some idiot doesn't get the vaccine or refuses to wear a mask. Oh wait, looks like we'll get a new season too.. : ))))))))
Let me be honest here,Tbh if Hyun doesn’t die/stay normal, the end won’t be v realistic and I personally prefer…
I can already see him dying in the end. With a damn good song in the background. Because if there is anything GOT thought us is that people carry sad endings in their hearts far more longer than they do happy ones.
What are we supposed to do ah! If this end without happiness i am really gonna write a bad review about script…
I think it is not about their happiness, but it's about our happiness. One should live and search for happiness in any painful circumstances. It's us who should be happy we're not in THAT kind of pandemic. : ))
1, OMG the song is out. Oh, God bless you Spotify <3 2, To those asking for a different name to the drama: aren't you glad our pandemic sucks, but it doesn't suck like THAT. Bet you are grateful now. See? Happiness. : )))))
Yes, I also found the information that it was sung by Isaac, but the song hasn't been realeased officlally yet…
So it is Isaac, damn I think I have the voice in my brain or something since i called it that fast : )) well, waiting for it to be released.. sounds amazing <3
Anyone know what song that is in the ending of ep 8? Sounds like Isaac Hong (but I am not entirely sure). For those who do not know Isaac Hong, he's the one with the song "Ruin" from STRANGERS FROM HELL, song which still haunts my being till this day : )) amazing track
"Dystopias, through an exaggerated worst-case scenario, make a criticism about a current trend, societal norm,…
The subject fits, i was not referring to the subject. I was talking about stuff like... the lights on the phone scene. In that reality I would have seen that scene differently. It looked unfit for that context. I was waiting for an exaggeration and got something very "normal" and dragged. A different kind if exaggeration If I may say so : ))
And there are a few more in my opinion. Some scenes were a bit too normal actually for that reality.
But the political part and the debates, yes, they are ok for a dystopian context.
Ok, so it has a few flaws and frankly some exaggerations that don't fully go well with the whole dystopian future…
If there is any doubt regarding Ga On's character, there is no doubt regarding the devil judge. I mean, it was written as a one side love on his side and a very powerful friendship from Ga On's side (which I guess Ga On kind of knew). This is based on a parallel regarding the knife scene. Yo Han grabbed that knife to stop Ga On from doing something stupid, just as the love of his life did, in the past.
Ok, so it has a few flaws and frankly some exaggerations that don't fully go well with the whole dystopian future and all, but all in all very interesting. Not gonna mention the acting cause that is off the charts good, but the democracy debates are strong with this one.
Worth every minute spent on this :D
Regarding the bromance guys, it did not hit me as hard as Beyond evil, though it is far more visible here. I enjoyed every minute of that too : )))

Touche, powerful suggestion there, writers.
