i like the serie and i've been waiting for it for months. but am i the only one who is disturbed by that blond…
i was thinking the exact same thing from the very first second i saw her : ))) I guess that makes just as much logic as him talking through signs with the old lady (cause she can't hear) and then when she turns around (therefore not looking at him) he goes on talking to her, asking her things...like dude, dude I love your from start-up...but please, read the scripts. tell the director how they illogical some things are : ))) just dare. Tell them not to dye the kid's hair ffs :)) ... ah, I had a good laugh.
Can't tell yet. It's all so exaggerated I can't make an opinion yet, because it's Ji Sung and he's a very damn good actor... I hope he took on a great drama with an amazing plot..but so far, after 1 ep... totally not getting the vibe.
Not gonna lie, it is not as good as it could have been but it did make me feel a lot of things. oh, and the "I…
How in the world did no kiss scene between the main couple happen after they met again? Dude, her pain was very well depicted, yet... how can someone suffer that much and yet be able to not kiss him ? Ironically, nothing like that would happen in the real life they wanted to show us. In real life they would have left each other breathless after all that suffering (well, if doom would be real and..you get the idea). Much like what i thought would happen with the second couple. The kiss was slow and truly lacking passion even though, through all their scenes, the tension was incredibly well build. Well, such a waste of imagination.
All in all, my rate is 9 because at times it did make me cry.
Not gonna lie, it is not as good as it could have been but it did make me feel a lot of things. oh, and the "I want it here..." jesus, sweetest scene in kdrama land : ))
All in all I'm giving this a 9 especially for it's simplicity (which I found refreshing) after everyone got together. It looked as a real ordinary life, which is what they wanted to depict, I think. They did look a bit sad though, even though the aim of it was to look relaxed and comfortable, it looked a bit sad.
Second lead couple was absolutely beautiful, that dude...first time I'm seeing him (Lee Soo Hyuk) got the best lines from the entire show. :))) Such an unexpected and well written character. P.S bit of a spoiler bellow.
All in all, fantastic plot. Very complex (yes a bit intuitive, I got 2 things right but like..30 things wrong :)) Lee Seung Gi is a fantastic actor, already knew that though ... however, extremely impressed with Lee Hee Joon. Never seen him before, but daaaamn...such amazing acting skills. Plays despair like no other.
Someone please tell me, because I do not understand:
How does she intend to keep her brother safe (as I see it, if she does not wish to end the world, he will kill her brother instead of her. There is no choice here.. what was her plan? : )) how is she protective of him, when she wished for everyone to end? ) eu no comprendo.
Soooo, I'm suspecting Shin Sang to be the other killer (the third child with the gene. If you rememeber, in the first episode a dude received his results in a very discrete manner, in the car. He was an important person, I imagine his son is a killer. And I think the son is Shin Sang). So that would explain the resources to hide murders, perform experiments (I'm sure he ordered the surgery. Maybe he wants to find a cure for his son). In order to see if the experiment works, Ba Reum must not get caught.
Now, Shin Sang could be the one playing in the dark, when we don't see him. I found the gift he made to his fiancee darn creepy btw : ))
Ba Reum is the Mouse, and Shin Sang is the cat playing with him.
I get that they wanted to give Han Seo a chance to shine, beat his brother and be a hero. And let's be honest, after all that danger someone that the viewers care about, had to die. But, couldn't at least Vincenzo be late for that scene? Show us he wanted to save him, but couldn't. What I got from that is that Vincenzo had the dumb in that moment. I mean, didn't help at all, went to release Cha Young as if she was standing in front of a coming train or something. With his skills, he could have taken Jun Woo out immediately, I mean, we all saw how easy it was for the tenants to get him. But oh well, a small mistake.
I'm still giving this a 10/10 due to all the beautiful things it made me feel along the ride. I rarely give this kind of rating. It's still behind Stranger and Signal, but it's there, in my heart, for sure :D
NOW, I wanna know.. how the hell are they so bad at hiding that gold? Dude, I mean it is so...it drove me insane. :))))
However, it's all forgiven. That scene with the gay dude in love with Vincenzo, getting hit by the ball, disrupting his daydream...music cut.. I laughed out loud :)))))
ok so..I've never felt the point of no return with such intensity as it is in this show.
There is absolutely no way anything can be forgiven out of what happened so far. Ironically, being able to find a reason to forgive, would make one a victim.
Like f***... amazing writing, (Except for the main thing, with... ya know. We kinda figured it out 10 episodes ahead :))) but other than that... really great writing )
..... That teacher/grumpy prosecutor dude, whom I haven't seen before, I'm just gonna go ahead and call him Professor Snape. Should be about right. : ))
I have to say, Kim Byung In impressed me the most. Fabulous acting from Na In Woo.
The "fan fight" scene and the scene where he protected the queen are indeed memorable. Also, when he though of her in the end, walking behind her and answering with "no" by moving his head when she asked him to walk beside her, but he refused in order to keep observing her from afar, was all beautifully depicted, so much it was both the saddest and the most beautiful scene in this drama.
I like the king's character as well, but Kim Byung was far more complex. He looked like a freaking painting sitting there on his knees in the end.
To me, that and the fan scene.... hats off. Amazingly well put together, every.single.frame. of it.

(are they brothers? I think i missed this info. If they are, ignore what I just said)

Also the killings, damn satisfying and creative.
All in all, 10. Not a solid 10, but a 10.

I am already watching 9 shows at the moment?
NAaaaaah. There's room for 10.
:))))))
