Fourthaxis, I really like your points and analysis. Especially the part where they just walk on the scene and say their lines but doesn't seem to engage and interact with their audience and even the person they are acting with! They seem detached from one another.

Ok I have to admit, the production quality is really high and the CGI is amazing, almost, except where she is flying through the air, her hair stayed in place and not a strand out of place as if she was standing still... So not fair to call it complete garbage.
I just hate so much Ga On, if he can't help then just believe in Yo Han he will definitely bring justice to these…
Its that sense of Humane Justice that the Korean so love, better than anyone else, better than God, because God would have punished the killer severely anyway.. That is one bit I dislike about Korean dramas,, Their righteousness, I call it "The Smallville" Syndrome.
I have just completed Episode 13. It started off so well, riveting to watch, so exciting and plots not only with many twists but also complex. A departure from the unusual with a twist that Korean Dramas is so good at and does so well by keeping it interesting but simple. Episode 12, came and with a snag, and then 13, and from then on my initial 9 ratings fell to 7, the plot just came undone, the complex twist of the plots was too easily explained by over-simplistic explanation, it's like setting you for something meaty juicy climax and instead you only get anorexic slab. Disappointing really, it's like you expecting a huge wad but you get a drop or two. Totally crestfallen. Trying too hard and didn't deliver... Even with a fantastic ending couldn't save it, because the tidal has passed, and will not deliver us to shore with a thump we all hope for.
After arriving at Episode 17, you realised one should never question the logic behind the plots of the drama one is watching. One should just accept them as series of nice colourful images ... storyline and plots are mere fill-ins to make the story longer... never entertain the logic behind them, never... I really don't know how they arrived at 8.1 rating ... I guess they must have hired a lot of people to log in and rate it and also the fans.... Never trust the ratings... I love Zhang Zhe Han , he is a great actor, has it not been for him I think i would have given up the drama long time ago... One of the glaring flaws in the drama the writer took us for idiots is the free roamin Princess who ran all over the countryside to save the ML, in those days, she will be very lucky to step outside the Harem let alone the palace. Who is she trying to kid?
I agree.. 6 rating is very generous already.... and FL acting sucks and irritating ... the script is as terrible as a first-year student attempt at script writings. I watch it for the ML
I usually don't drop shows, but unfortunately I dropped this show after episode 14, I felt like it was very slow…
I wanted to drop it by episode 8, but then I love Johnny Huang that kept me going... nd then skimmed through a lot of scenes, especially the business side of things they talked so much about, which only boiled down to a load of crap clearly displays the lack of knowledge of business on the writer's part.
