I liked it a lot!. I think Jiang QuiaoXi was frustrating, but since the primary source of a human's love and warmth, seemed to be missing or wasn't demonstrated properly, he was not very confident on being able to receive love. I wish they had shown us more their friends lives... but Cdramas do this a lot... they make us love the characters so much and then show us only the main leads... I like this drama, not because it proposed something new, but it is another story, of the many out there, that show us how humans live and interact. Seems like actors used their real voices and no beauty filters... that is sort of a plus for me.
We will probably ascend ourselves by the time this one sees light of day 😠thou if it ever gets through the…
right?!?... they did a good job with the Untamed but, I also wonder, Others might work but this one or Eternal Faith?... the whole premise is a guy waiting 800 years for another... because of brotherhood? And ErHa is even such a long novel.
What a good interview. Indeed he was truly good, but he also had a good voice actor and all his acting and fantastic micro expressions didn't go to waste. So often those voice actors feel so contained and restrained, his was right on spot. I like how he emphasizes on the importance of a good build up. When Xi Gu lane gets attacked, each death was quite sad to watch, even the awful Mrs. Kang , who had redeemed herself by that point sacrifices for the little kids or the magistrate daughter, dies heroically. It does feel like Changyu has to go and not only rescue her little sister but really get back at those awful princes. It is always welcome to see that the actors that left such an impression have some substance. I don't often read these articles but this drama I watched and re watched and then re watched it again with my partner because my Chinese friend's partner told him to and he loved it.... Oh and both FM and ML have such pretty hands... the scene with the broken screen... and the happy munching maids...
Yesss, I agree lived in the west all my life planning to move when i get older
I come from a country that is considered dangerous but I left 17 years ago. I have been privileged to live in a country very north in Europe, a country very south in Africa, which could be considered very opposite, regarding wealth, I've live as well in the country that appears in the news all the time because of it's orange president and my partner comes from a country that also had a dark history and car brands and now I live in the UK. Granted, the Uk was a very different country when I first came. It was very different to the other countries, it was about live and let live. IT feels different today but I come to discover I could be happy in each one of those countries. There are many problems with west, many problems in the east. There were no apparent problems in the North and there were many, many issues in the South.
New life begins has also wonderful friendships between women. I also loved the two moms at the Rational life. FL's mom was unbearable until that point. And what can I say, I've watched Reply 1988 several times, and also when I fly towards you, (the scene where they dance with the grandma, is one of my favorite of ALL time)
The cast is extremely attractive though! Forget the main couple even Wei Yan and Sui Yuan Qing were hot asf
I so agree... Wei Yan was... wow!. and also with what you said about the romance between the main couple, I usually don't care as much about the romance in historic dramas, I love the action and plot, but, here... I even had to re watch several scenes. ðŸ¤
Tian Xi Wei was my favorite ever because of New Life Begins, (everything about powerful women becomes my favorite and loved her chemistry with Bai Jing Tin) but then I tried to watch more dramas with her, and really disliked her in Guardians of the Dafeng and there was another I had to drop, it was so boring. But here... wow! And now I see what is the whole fuss about Zhang Ling He. This is gooood...
I think the reviewer saying is not as good after the fifth episode is right, but the two main characters are so lovely that it doesn't matter. I really like Peach; he is kind without being a pushover and he uses his time learning and developing his hobbies and skills and he is genuinely a nice person and a free spirit, mature and grounded . And then there's Thee; he is like a puppy but he really looks scary when angry, and still gets so happy over the tiniest things, he can be ridiculous and adorkable without being exhausting. All in all it is a really nice watch.
I also always notice people's voices.. It upsets me a lot when a drama is dubbed and can't hear the voice that…
True!. But I mean when they use voice actors for dubbing. As a results seven characters have identical voices and most voices are not well paired with gestures and expressions. And I also can't understand the low rating... I'm still in the middle of it but I can't wait to find out answers...
Yesss, I agree lived in the west all my life planning to move when i get older
Do you really think that? It seems to me that in some Eastern countries people seem to live under a lot of scrutiny. Honestly, East, West, North and South, everyone has some good and some bad.
I so agree we the comment below, they are indeed magical!!. Zhao Lu Si does have a certain quality. I didn't like Hidden Love so much, I found the story about an extra pretty girl in love with an extra pretty boy, too simple; but I still loved her there (and not to mention it brought us the wonderfulThe First frost). She has real charm. And this story is so engrossing!. Each character was fantastic. Didn't skip anything!
I think it's because of the novel.... it hits you deep. And the drama made it justice... whenever I see an actor from the Untamed anywhere else I'm immediately fond of the character, even if they're villains...
What a nice watch! It does leave a great after taste. Ha Ie Chan (the young one)- is such an amazing and beautiful character!!. The actor has the nicest smile and his half moon eyes are so pretty. Him and his grandma are amongst my favorite K-drama characters now. They all grow on one. Really, really lovely.
I like this drama, not because it proposed something new, but it is another story, of the many out there, that show us how humans live and interact.
