I love Shin Hae Sun, so everything she does is already a pass for me. However, I would have loved a bit more of an explanation for the breakup between FL and SML. In the flashbacks, she genuinely seems in love with him, and then suddenly not anymore... not clear why she is so harsh towards him after. And comment: I don't think SFL deserved a second chance.
And of course, as usual in these types of dramas, ML is coming on like a tank, wearing FL down until she accepts…
Exactly! I think this is the major flaw of the romance: the potential of the first 2 episodes completely wasted in a FL who doesn't have a consistent trajectory (at least in the romance part of the story, which is also what we care about the most ;)) and lands somehow not convincing enough and not fully ok. I like this drama, but it was really disappointing seeing the tons of missing opportunities and the time wasted in the usual cliches that deflated the romantic tension. Sob
