Omo... why so much feelings for today's episode? Just as we get to see Myungjin being silly again and Hwan being so cool... we also got to see Hwan break down trying to get the King to change his mind. Aaaa... someone need to give him a hug!To think just days before he was so cheerful, awkwardly playing around with Jaeyi.. and then you get this. Hyungsik really get to me so much, as if it wasn’t already bad seeing him cry as Sammaekjong... now we have to see him cry as Hwan. ??That aside, I almost got shivers when Ga-ram asked aloud whether or not the CP had abandon them. I thought they all already figured it out then... but then she talk about Shcolar Park and Sundol. So Jaeyi would finally recall her memories... it better not be Taegang who killed the herald ???

Yea... trust is restored, this is a good episode. And gosh, Myungjin and Garam was such a great pair lol. It's always funny seeing Jaeyi dissing Hwan with the help of those two, knowing that she's the only other person amongst the four who knows Hwan's true identity. That said tho, it makes one wonder the identity of the people who started the whole ghost's letter and what are their true intentions. Because whatever they did do seem to be advantageous to the Jo clan, even tho Jo clan was the one profitted most from the Song clan's demise. Guess Hwan will attempt to investigate the old case, which also means he'll be in danger still. Hopefully the drama will not get too dark and serious with the political intrigue... cos I like having bits of funny in between the scenes. I really hate it when stuff gets too depressing.

Heh, Gungtan still gaslighting Van to making him believe that he intentionally wanna kill Wonjeong, even when Gungtan was the one shoving her onto Van's blade. But dang that fight scene was nice, even when Van was the one mostly getting hurt. So now Miho should finally clear out the idea about wanting to kill herself now. That said though, this made me wonder whether Yeomji had this false assumption that Gungtan was a so-called 'savior', which is probably related to those men in white (which didn't look like they still exists in the present.) Well she probably think differently now.

Ehe... I thought I wouldn't be able to see Ryunggu fight the Support team ever lol. And as much as we didn't get his epic booger fight, we still managed to see him fight comically with them and him picking his nose while at it. Looks like aside from the Tree arc, we're also getting some glimpse from the Windflower arc. But I guess it made sense, as to how some of the stories do seem to connect with each other. As the drama does make some changes to the original webtoon plot, I'm gonna look forward to how the latter Windflower plot gonna turn out to be like. Have to say that I really do like the changes and how the drama retells this Tree arc. The confrontation with Joonggil was also pretty cool. I'm still miffed that we didn't get Yeomra in the drama but hey, I still love that we're getting more scenes of Joonggil-Ryeon XDD

Have to say that the supposed hit and run…

Have to say that the supposed hit and run accident start to really look like very suspicious. I mean, it was one thing with the first car but then just when you start to feel relief about maybe being able to safe your parents from being hit, you see this other car seem to be intent to make sure that they have to hit the parents at all cost. It was really uncanny... but I seriously thought that Heewoo wouldn't be able to change his parents' fates. It was really impressive how he manage to change a lot of other bad things that happened in the past and turn it around this time. And it was great also that his still had the MMA skills he learnt to protect himself. I like the cheeky hint alluding to the Kingsman movie, it was really amusing. And it does look like he already started to encounter a few people related to his past/futures, and how this time he start to act more cautiously. The plot really starts to thicken now... though I start to wonder there are other people aside from Heewoo who had prior knowledge of the events in the future. Like the guy who killed Heewoo last time seemed pretty suspicious now, especially since Heewoo shouldn't already started to be targeted this early.

Drama really do like to overcomplicate the situation. Like I felt that the story would've easily end quick if Hochul just take a shot at Kwon, whether or not if it was a shot to kill or maim. Also, it did seem as if Seoa did sense that the guy was bad news, yet it made me wonder why didn't she try to escape from the guy mych earlier. While I can appreciate that we got a glimpse of Kwon's past as well other flashback scenes with Hochul, I really can't brain why everything had to be so overcomplicated.

Four Stars

So in this version of Forest of Time, the RM team end up also having to save the father as well in order to later save the son. I totally didn't expect that, and to be fair, while the original Forest of Time was already quite good I can kinda understand why drama would want to make the story a lot more dramatic. Since just having the dad being a struggling salaryman wouldn't be quite an engaging story on its own. The random chicken was so funny like of course after so many years the same chicken wouldn't taste good. it'll be very stale lol. And finally we got the Tree arc going. Since drama didn't have Boyun who end up being a catalyst to Nayoung looking for the RM team, I guess it explained the reason why we end up getting that scene where Joonggil ends up with another confrontation with Guryeon. And we got to see more of the flashback between them. Since drama changed a lot of the details on how the RM team was formed, I was wondering if it would still retain the bit about how Guryeon used to work under Joonggil in the same team. So I was glad to see the drama bring that detail back through this arc.

Four Stars

This Forest of Time episode went on a completely different direction compared to the original story, so I'm not sure how the story would end this time. In the original, Jaesu was mostly in a slump due to constantly failing his college entrance exams (and not on a specific one) but drama had it relate with a lot more other reasons which includes Junwoong's situation. And while the father had a big role in both versions, with the direction drama was going I have no idea what to expect from this plotline. The Forest of Time arc wasn't originally this depressing so I hope somehow the conclusion to this later would turn out fine. That said, we got to see a glimpse of the characters from the Tree episode... which is pretty neat. Then again, drama did kinda merge the Underworld arc and Fallen Flower together and wrap it up in two episodes, so I shoul've expected this. But it was still interesting that the foreshadows of Tree already started from ep 2.

Love the writing so much. Like as much as the episode revolved around Matthew and Geuru trying to find the deceased's mother, it was also about Sanggu and Jeongu. And I like how Sanggu was the one that allowed us to try to understand what Matthew must've felt before his death.

Sanggu ran away from home after finding out…

Sanggu ran away from home after finding out that Sucheol actually came in contact with Jeongu, who would've guessed? But it's still funny how Geuru ended up trying to find him like how one would try to find their lost pet. And because of that Geuru was used as a hostage to get Sanggu to continue fighting in the illegal ring. That said, it's interesting how a yearly picnic that Geuru insist to go on alone without Jeongu accompanying him ended up being something that Jeongu had wanted to do for Sanggu. And it was ironic how unknowingly, Geuru did end up fulfilling Jeongu's last wish to grant everything that Sanggu once wanted as a birthday wish. Which was funny as Sanggu himself appeared to even forget that the day had been his own birthday. And it turned out, there was another truth that Jeongu had kept from everyone.

This episode was really so cute. Have to say that it was really amusing seeing Woosoo being so terrified of the ghosts that he sees around him. Can't really felt too bad about him considering how he first behaved towards Dooshim, so it felt satisfying a bit as the experience changed his attitude towards her.

The team had to deal with a crime scene this time. And while Geuru was already accustomed to dealing with crime scenes before, the same thing can't be said about Namu and Sanggu. And it was interesting to see how Sanggu and Geuru ended up finding out a crucial evidence in relation to the deceased's murder. That aside, we got to see another glimpse of Sanggu's past as we learnt a bit more about him.

This time it's the criminal's side…

This time it's the criminal's side who's gonna be taking their revenge as in order for Dogi to completely fulfil Hana's request, they would have to cross paths against Baek Sungmi again. But I guess, this outcome was expected. And even then things might not end up going smoothly as Hana still pursuing the case officially. Which to me is fine, really, since capturing Gu Youngtae and Baek Sungmi was her job anyway and just because she had requested the help of Rainbow Taxi doesn't mean she can relax and do nothing. And I love the fact that regardless of her current standing, she still haven't slacked behind compared to Dogi's team when it comes to her info net. And while there are limits to the things she could legally do, Dogi's action managed to cover the parts that she couldn't do.And I love the current dynamics between Dogi and Hana. Like even when they don't always agree on each other, they do at least trust each other. That aside, the second hidden track still never failed to amaze me. Like how it revealed how some of the past revenge clients turned out having had crossed paths unknowingly prior. And there's a new character being shown. And I supposed the new character will have something to do in future episodes.

We're seeing what actually happened the…

We're seeing what actually happened the night before Yuyeon died, as the previous cliffhanger teased the truth that Han Gihwan was the person who had hit her with his car. And the sad conclusion turned out pretty simple. How all the bad things started to escalate merely due to a drink, and how the accident could have been avoided had a certain former gangster hadn't insisted on a drink just because of their feelings of inferiority. And that one drink ended up becoming two and more...We also see how Dongsik used Jeongje to put pressure on his mother and how he started another mindgame with Juwon. Yet despite that, he still tries to protect Juwon in which really can screw with your mind. And omg that last scene, as much as that scene was supposed to be so tense and serious, I can't help seeing that scene as a surprise marriage proposal scene this was so hilarious but I don't mind lol

With the overall dynamics between the characters lightening up and becoming much better, it really started to feel good watching the episodes. Because it was hard watching Juwon continue being treated as an outsider when he just wanted to investigate the truth.Even when the team still facing many lies and deceit mixed with truth by people who wanted to cover up the truth about Yuyeon's death, it felt a bit more bearable now that Juwon don't really have to struggle alone by himself.
