do we need moral standards for fiction? fiction is fantasy after all, some fantasies are there because they're not acceptable in reality, it's a way to live them in a controlled environment. sometimes i think this new strict morality is not really about what a story may convey but the way these people are to feel better with themselves. a giant pat on their backs
