this was overrated drama tbh, the characters aren't fleshed out and that made it totally forgettable. How's that acting considered a good acting? the older cast performed excellently while the leads pose as a clown besides them.

from someone who started following Meng Ziyi from Evernight, The Untamed, Legend of the Two Sisters in the Chaos, Heroes 2022, Royal Rumors, Immortal Samsara, the drama with Zhang Rouyun where played a maid, Blossom, Love in Pavilion, The Legend of Heroes, and this dramas, it really pains me to read she cannot act or she plays the same character in every drama. I totally understand you when you said they know nothing about her discography, you're absolutely right. They just love to get on hate train for no reason.

this might be overrated among the highly acclaimed Cdramas, but I'm so glad that TXW got the recognition she deserves and how this drama catapulted her fame internationally. I loose interest in watching this drama but the way she carried that first half of this mediocre plot was so good and unforgettable, keep on soaring the sky TXW!
