for me, this is the weakest performance of Meng Ziyi and less interesting role that I've watched so far.

I've no intention of continuing this drama after the first episode, then I decided to give it a chance because of the leads, still I'm not impressed at all. it is boring and so slow with little to offer in the plot, we've seen this troupe countless times!

I stopped watching around episode 11 and it seems like it was the right thing to do after reading some recents comment. MZY and LXY are wasted in this nothing but a filler drama. let me quickly drop it!

i exactly picked it up in episode 14 where they leave their for experience, master this master that annoyed me in the previous episodes that it ended up in my on hold list. it gets better by each episode

I dropped it when it was airing, but I picked it up again, it was my expectations that disappointed me. it wasn't bad at all.

Song Yimeng is absolutely right, Nan Heng is the male lead, so no matter how terrible his actions were in the past, everyone just seems to forget and forgive him. He always ends up being painted as the victim and the fans’ favorite, and honestly, it’s happening yet again! This seems to be your culture, you overlook or laugh off the fact that he tried to kill her multiple times, just because those scenes were done in a comedic way. Meanwhile, the female lead gets endlessly criticized and dragged, just like all female leads in a similar situation, It’s honestly insufferable!


And if you haven’t noticed that her feelings and opinions about Nan Heng are starting to change, that’s on you because it’s clear as day to anyone paying attention. Period!

slow pace? the pacing of this drama is actually impressive and the flow of the narrative is controlled by who knows how to balance a storytelling.

indeed, they making all that iconic scenes in costume dramas into a joke🤣🤣🤣 especially that spending a night alone and then forced to take responsibility (I'm laughing at The Princess's Gambit) 🤣🤣🤣keep going Yi Meng!

absolutely. it could've been better!

the plot is good so far but the performance of the leads is honestly subpar for me! I'm familiar with them so I know they could performance give better than what we're seeing now. perhaps the problem is from the director because some scenes execution was not done well at all that I questioned my IQ for watching it. Good script and actors executed by mediocre directing resulted aa filler drama. if not because of the leads I might have dropped it already.

so it is time for Ju Jingyi and Zhang Yunlong to fall in love🤣

season 2 was off the track so I didn't expected wonder from this part. it was less interesting than 2 and so I watched it all in 3 hours. plat characters just for the sake of episodes run. it is pain in the ass watching this drama. . Mehhh! 0.5/10

you're absolutely ridiculous, no matter how unstable Li Yitong is in dramaland, she would never takes crumbs from Bai Lu. even if she is at gun point, she would politely declined. I like her for that. Also, she isn't stuck portraying the same characters again and again, you know what I mean. fyi, Li Yitong has more national reputation and recognition more than Bai Lu, go take a look at her dramas. Scram!

why do they have to use Ren Xin/Ruyi's iconic score in A Journey to Love during her fight scenes? it was unexpected!

I only watch first episode of this drama yesterday but my expression is just Lukewarm but it is too early to said that, I started ADWAD today and I'm through with second episode going to third now. if you're not biased picking one, go for the later.
