so glad in having a show that can do no wrong other than to relax you and keep you laughing and smiling,you get to see and relate to actors your age and have your "oh i do that to" moment , seeing the introverts,shy ones ,the awkward one and the comfortable in my own skin (park seo) personality, eat have fun and work makes my heart flutter like I'm on a date or something, I'm truly happy i found this show at a time where my life is upside-down and can laugh my heart off in the middle of a crisis. went in for park (and iteawon cast)and bo gum now I'm a Hugh fan of everyone. I really wish we let shows end before commenting on them.....can't wrap my head around the negativity it's reaciving already,it's like an artist still drawing and people gathering, instead of waiting for the end result they're calling the painting ugly already.....why tho.for the sake of those waiting for the show to go from "ongoing" to "completed please no more mood killers.
wow I'm sorry to say but like u said u went into this series for one reason and since that reason didn't meet to ur satisfaction u basically tore it down by not giving it credit we're it was due....people need to understand when a series is tagged life it means every thing is not overly dramatic......u get a taste of real people's ambitions and reaction or how spirits can be lifted just by little act of kindness and how everyday living is portrayed in a way u don't lose interest but u understand life in a sense......im not a fan of Wang ji won but just by ur descriptions I'm rooting for her in her ventures in life just pls try to keep an open mind....the hard work of the cast is overlooked if you don't.....pls don't be mad, I'm just stating my opinion 💜

Hi,would like to state how much i appreciate review's like yours,honest and quick to the point. That being said id like to agree to disagree on a few note. Currently I'm in episode 6 but since ur review was made during the show I'm guessing u wouldn't mind.
Trying as much as possible to strive to satisfy viewers is what most writers do, I say most because others tend to lose that ground. For example slice of life is as the name depicts. But without a little spice the show becomes dull and unappealing, if less is done its dull, if a lot is done its overbearing but a hint of reality here and there is what makes it shine,reply 1998 did it and aced it.
Pardon my ranting, firstly men no people like kdw exists, naive, loving,caring and versatile to a fault and watching this show with my friends and family,pointing out who's most likely to pull a kdw is now a thing amongst us Secondly I'm not in Korea but where I'm from 14/15 years old are musically drawn and rebellious abt it,its now up to the parent to chose how to handle this situation

KDW truly did carry the show,my first of his work and it won't be my last, needless to say the cast did do their job in creating a community of everyday kind of people except The sons character did make me lose interest in his story mostly due to how he played the part and made it a bit dull in personality. As for YDJ he played an uptight,stuck up and a bit arrogant IT genius who had to get kicked in the "groin" by his own "friends" and lose everything in one sitting to realize life is more of struggle and fighting ur way up is the best way to become stronger The middle schooler parts were a tad bit overused "young love" OK, and id advise you listen to some Korean hip hop and let me know if they don't mix,this kid does not do it justice i tell u

I respectfully disagree. sometimes you just like to see how human every one is. The romance made him more understandable showing that even is corrupt and ambitious ways ruined that for him too
The fact that this drama paved way for my interest in k drama is something i will never forget,I started with nine tail fox and curiosity drove me to look for more and with my little knowledge for park seojun back then I fell hard and started to navigate my way through his drama now I'm a hard-core k fan, point being itwaewon class being as is, definitely tried something different it failed in case of repetition of scenes,not highlighting the romance enough and less realism in terms of the bad guys but still it delivered and with park as ML it makes it a much rewarding watch. I'm commenting now cause back then I always look out for comments like this(I still do)while searching for a new drama, if this helps 😂 at all. oh keep in mind u will go through a boat load of emotions anger especially but regret is the last thing u get from watching it plus the ost till date is still my go to jam in bus rides or car drives😁

I'm sure there's more to it than we can understand...many people get excused due to health issues and other stuff,I can see how it may look like privilege but seriously the topic of how military service affects even the life's of individuals should be a subject matter. it can't be easy a sacrifice and I can't imagine the effect it has on them,putting their life on hold and all I'm not saying this to defend him but maybe a little benefit of understanding is all korean men need , exempted or not,famous or not
