Looks like they tried to redeem themselves a bit with this NC scene. I was not convinced as the two MLs still have no chemistry. I really wanted to like this series. I’m still watching, but not like, eagerly. I’m still forwarding through a lot of unnecessary mess.
From next episode’s preview, it looks like Sangmin is gonna go in for surgery and flatline, but since he’s the ML and there are 2 more episodes after this preview, he will likely miraculously revive. They’ll likely throw in memory loss that makes Dinneaw feel sad and need friend support as he sacrifices himself for love, because why not at this point. Then the last episode, Sangmin will recover his memories and they’ll end all happy and in love. That’s my theory anyway. Purely speculation on my part.
Because each culture has different standards for humor, I (🇺🇸) really am curious if there are 🇹🇭 people watching and if so, what you think. Especially of Pony, but also of Dinneaw’s mother’s treatment of SangMin. Do you find Pony’s character amusing, or do you echo the thoughts of many others in this comment thread? One thing I love about Japanese BLs (other than the storytelling, videography, actor visuals, and overall production quality) is that their actors aren’t confined to one type of genre or another. The actors play in BL and non-BL roles, which I respect.

I think it’s the only series on Tencent (WeTV) without subtitles. I don’t get it. I had to use my Bluetooth translator earbuds. It’s not perfect because you have to tap the screen on and off beteeennpauses just right or it doesn’t catch or mis-translates a sentence.
You know how you can’t help watching a train wreck? That’s how I felt while watching this.

I felt zero chemistry between the MLs.Like not even bromance or brotherly chemistry. Maybe it’s because of the age difference between them (9 years) because they both looked hella awkward.

That’s Japanese BLs for you. You get fluffy like Mr. Unlucky Has No Choice but to Kiss and movies like “Dangerous Drug of Sex” and this series. They all move you in some way.
