OMG that’s awesome And I now need this to be a novel 😂 Like frfr. I actually just started a comic called Card Shark that is about the underground gambling scene and two orphans. Though the top is the buff older guy, the emotionless bottom kinda makes me think of Earth. No outrageously immature personality there.

Wouldn’t it be interesting if he played Dr. Dan in “Jinx”, a cleaner version of the story? I’ve been wracking my brain for who would make good MLs for that story if it became a series…and now it’s in its next season…

I think the director apologizing gives hims some culpability in this though… I believe directors have more power than being robots to screenwriters and producers.

How do you know? Did he say so? Did you get access to his contract somehow?

I love the Johan North storyline and am only here for that.

That being said, the way I want Earth to play an office worker or something outside of university… I hope Wabi Sabi gives him better roles soon. When Earth played in UWMA, I knew he had a wider range of acting. I wish he’d get more serious roles to show his acting range. 🥰🥰He just needs to leave these clichéd weak/immature roles. Seriously.

I hope Wabi Sabi gives him better roles…🥰 When Earth played in Until We Meet Again, I knew his depth of acting was way wider (I saw this after My Only 12%, which I did enjoy as the first role I’d seen him in). I wish he’d get more serious roles like that to show how good he is as an actor and his acting range. 🥰🥰Wabi Sabi needs to step it up.

On that premise, their storyline really should have wrapped up after episode 4. The dragging on of a resolved issue (to be honest, it could have resolved in 1 episode) was an error I’m glad the director finally noticed and is correcting these last few episodes. Though a disservice was done to the other two couples, which is why we are purportedly getting S2 (from what I’ve seen on SNS).

Doing the math (air year 2017 - birth year 1999), he was 17 when acting in it (filming likely started in mid-2016) and 18 shortly before its release in May since his birthday is in March… He probably had parent permission though and legal age of consent in Thailand is 15 (since 2015), even though the legal age of adulthood is 20.

The way I’m enjoying Johan and North’s story…I’m glad the director moved his focus off Hill and Ter. And I’m looking forward to the storylines of the other 2 planned couples to grow in S2. I hope they won’t make us wait long for it. 🤞🏽

Chinese BL? And omegaverse at that? yeah…not holding my breath for it to air unless another country (literally any other country but China) and platform like Netflix takes it. Would be nice to see though if it were to exist in reality AND for long enough for fans to watch ALL of the episodes.

Yes, and as a mother of older children myself, I just can’t agree with her seeming disregard for his feelings. Parents make mistakes all the time and she’s no exception, though her advice is still sound. Dinneaw lost his father and has been raised by just his mother, who praises a boy he was too young to remember (even so far as to keep his blanket…unwashed…for a decade), that praise likely lasting for likely the duration of his whole life. A boy who apparently left abruptly with no further communication, definitely hurting his mom, even if just a little, despite her understanding his likely circumstances. Then he just as abruptly appears and his only parent treats him as the prodigal son. I’d feel conflicted, as a young person, too. I imagine I may harbor some slight resentment.

But this series is likely created with more of a light and funny take-away in mind. I enjoy it. She’s just a bit much to me. 🤷🏽‍♀️

True. She could have considered his real feelings more while still helping him think about another’s perspective and the consequences of harshly spoken words uttered without thought.

To me, being so obsessed with a kid you had stay with you for such a short time a decade ago is odd. She kept his blanket without washing it so it wouldn’t lose his scent?! That’s a little creepy. And calling him son while he calls her mom…someone who each hasn’t seen or communicated with each other for a decade? There should be a little more awkwardness. But maybe their closeness will be explained by flashbacks in future episodes. Either way, I do enjoy this so far. 😊 Its cute and silly in just the right amounts.

absolutely! since he’s based in Thailand, it’s way better already since he speaks it. The interactions, especially the language hiccups, are more realistic, which adds to the story. I’m already anticipating how these will play out as the series progresses.

They’re both so pretty. And Petch is gorgeous frfr. Doesn’t Sang Min look a bit like War? In some scenes, I couldn’t not see it.
