I read the novel. Darn, I wish they had kept the shocker in the drama as well, makes it easier to understand the relationship between Ning’Er and Zhang Zhe.

Unless they adjust her character for less fight and more investigations. Or use a body double.

According to the latest trailer, she was confined for 8 years so if she saw her clan being annihilated and had to bury them, she could have developed severe PTSD.

Their chemistry is off the chart and it will be a great drama. Both are a perfect choice for their characters.
