Anticipated this drama with low expectation Lowkey waiting this drama to surprise me
What I remember from Princess Agents was more anger than the story itself. I remember it was a good drama but the unfinished - hanging ending make it the most bad experience in my drama watching history. So, I wish for finish + happy ending in this one just like the novel.
I still don't understand why Changyu's dad died. Did he commit suicide, or who killed him?

Simply said, Old Emperor was bad and want to put all the blame of 16 years ago tragedy to Wei Yan. All evidence point to him. Wei Yan shift it to Changyu's dad since he was the one who deliver tiger tally. Wei Yan kill many to cover this (to save Wei Clan). Turns out after 16 years Changyu's dad still alive - become live witness and hold evidence (letter). Changyu's dad know Wei Yan will hunt him so he commit suicide and give evidence letter to his friend to send it to Wei Yan and ask not to hunt his two 'know-nothing' daughters.
Just start this, may I ask What are those 5 senses that FL doesn't have? I know 3 - Sense of sight : she couldn't differentiate color/ color blindness - Sense of touch : she didn't know when her body is cold or hot - Sense of taste : she didn't know when her tea should be too hot to be directly drink

FL actually a transmigrator in this novel. In her previous life, she was a modern special force soldier. So, her strengths is close combat with speed and decisiveness. She couldn't do lightening skill & inner power (this novel also tell about Jianghu - wuxia which ML could do that), but she really not inferior with many. FL also very smart & quick learn to manage everything.
More detail : at the beginning of novel, it tells that just after her marriage, FL could manage internal affairs of Prince Ding mansion very well. Later because ML got sick, she could manage external affair very well too and gain trust from Prince Ding mansion's managers. Later FL join the war, show her ability both in close combat and her brilliant military strategy, gain genuine loyalty of Mo's army. Previously Mo's army only answer to Prince Ding and only the first Princess Ding able to command them, now (after some generations) FL could command them too. Besides, FL also train special forces call Qilin, very cool small group, afraid by all neighbor army, who very superior to be able to do assassination, intelligence gathering, protection, searching, infiltration, rescue and interrogation.
Compare to FL in PoB or Blossoms.. I watched it quiet long a go, only once when it air. I love both but my memory got a bit faded. I think all is smart and strong in their own way. I remember in PoB, FL with her persistence, patience, soft and sincere could melts ML and his past family grudges. She couldn't do martial arts but clever enough to scheming. Here in Mo Li, I wouldn't describe FL with patience and soft but more with decisiveness, quick, effective. Once ML think of her like an endless book, a precious pearl that one day she would bloom into a splendor that would astonish the world
With blossom, FL smart in business and be like ML's Zhuge liang (sorry if it's wrong, my memory really got faded 😂). Here in Mo Li, only very small part tell FL succeed with her business, almost none. When she already involve in war, it more like share the burden. How could I describe... Like they face many enemy, not only neighboring countries but also Emperor who eye ML's army. Sometimes ML not only had to face front enemy but also rear. Then FL would say, she will stay here facing this enemy so he could face another. FL know ML's very well so despite they had to be in different place but they just click very well. From beginning FL tell ML that she want to stand beside him and not under his wings. In Mo Li, ML describe as a dark person, suffer from his dark past. There is one master who see ML's killing energy was too strong, could cause many bloodshed. But only after master meet FL, he could see a matchless pair who make him seemed to finally see a lifelong unattainable hope – a dream of a true golden age. If ML was a peerless sword with an exposed blade, FL was the scabbard. If ML was a superior thousand-li horse, FL was the reins that could control it. I think this part a bit similar with Blossom

Novel's main story end at XZ and FCY grand wedding
XZ ask young Emperor (Bao Er) to bestow him marriage with FCY, which granted. Then, their wedding between Prince Regent and Great General Huaihua celebrate as grand nation celebration. People praised them as a match made in heaven. As far as eye could see and ears could hear, it was all, people gathering give them the most sincere blessings.

There is at least one more at the end of novel main story. Happened after all the conflict in palace finish.
So the last war inside the palace written more detail in novel, there is one situation that FCY thought they will be lost (from novel, Xie army still position outside capital, only XZ inside). At that time, ready to die together, FCY hand something to XZ hand. After that, Xie army with GSY came in time to palace and XZ manage to turns thing around and win (actually all is on XZ's plan).
In short, XZ win, WY and QM with Grand Tutor Li defeat. XZ let GSY wrap up and he leave with FCY. On the way back, it turns out what FCY give to XZ’s hand was her hair. She said only by tying hair together can one become husband and wife. Back in Lin’An Town, they have bow to Heaven & Earth and do all other ritual but haven’t tied their hair yet. If she had to die she wish for them to become real husband and wife. Then, arrived at Xie Residence, XZ immediately cut his hair and tie it in a dead knot with FCY’s. They spend rest of the day (battle happened at whole night) and the next night together - sober and consent

At least in novel, if you want to know further... Li Huai An do many good things in exile. He adopt an orphan baby and open school. When he died, he buried peacefully at the back of mountain. Many who had been educated by him come, plant peach and plum tree. The following spring, the entire mountain bloomed with peach and plum blossoms
As a novel reader, I glad that team insert some novel's extra story inside the main 40 episodes. Quite neat across some episodes. I found not many drama adapt from novel doing this, which many time I really wish drama get at least more minutes to cover extra. And, I got it here!
i keep seeing people saying that xie zheng & changyu had twins in the novel, can i ask when did that happened?…

There was two distinguish guest want to meet him. When LHA meet them, the young lady - resemble Fan Changyu seemed to know who he was said that he already done enough, though cannot erase Li family past mistake but should allow LHA to be at peace, which nodded by the young man - resemble Xie Zheng. Then, that night LHA left this world with smile
