in Wiki, Wei Ying is oblivious to Lan Zhan's feeling for him because during that time, he doesn't have a romantic attraction to men, remember Wei Ying is a womanizer, and only care about beautiful women, so he's obviously seem to not care about Lan Zhan's feeling for him, in fact Lan Zhan is the one whose first have feeling for Wei Ying, it is unknown when Lan Zhan fall in love with Wei Ying, but my guess is when the two trapped in the Tortoise of Slaughter cave together or maybe earlier. remember in the Phoenix Mountain, Lan Zhan force kissed blindfolded Wei Ying due to Lan Zhan's uncontrollable urge and after the kiss, he punch the tree because of that, while Wei Ying though that some bold maiden come to kissed him while blindfolded.
