He didn't came back, he stayed in this timeline but his future self and memories of him wiped out.
Two points to disprove your claim:

1. They did not mention the time difference between each transmigration, from the future to the past.

They didn't say how much time will be past if he stayed in the past. We don't know if 1 hour of past is same as 1 hour of future.

But there are different theories. Since you are going to the past not the future, all your actions are done already by the time it reaches the present.
Means, time should not move if he goes back to the past. He should be able to resume to the same time he left.... even to the micro second accuracy.

This would seem like, he never left from the future.

2. Parallel dimension logic is not followed in this drama.

If you are from a parallel universe, you can exit in the same world at the same time with the another you, already living in that parallel world. It will not affect your existence. Because your existence is like an identical twin.

But if you are from the future, you can't coexit with your past.

In fact, your body will clock down to younger years. If you went to a time space where you exit already.

He didn't came back, he stayed in this timeline but his future self and memories of him wiped out.
How is that even possible? even identical twins are not the same person...

He needs 23 sets of chromosomes from his father (Zu Zhao Yang) and 23 sets of chromosomes from his mother (Qi Yue) to be born. Even minor changes in one locus on a single chromosome can result in drastic variations.

So, it's impossible for him to be born through different parents.

He didn't came back, he stayed in this timeline but his future self and memories of him wiped out.
If that was the case, his memories would have remained when he stopped his birth.

If he came from a parallel world, his existence will not interfere with the fate of his mom or vice versa. He can coexist even though he stopped his birth in that world.

After he changed his mom's fate, he erased his existence too. Changing their fate in that world affected his future, that's why he was removed from everyone's memories and his pictures disappeared too.

Is it clear now? ๐Ÿค•

I don't know why but I feel Lu Xiao did not even try to save Qi Shuo. Qi Shuo did so many things for him and them…
it was just added to pacify the audience for the bad ending.

he was removed from existence. he didn't exit.. so he can't meet them again.

Title I Belonged to Your World Spoiler
So basically he didn't disappear, but memories about him were wiped off from the world.
His existence was removed.

If he didn't exit in the world, who will remember if there was someone or not?

So, there was no parallel world in his case.

Otherwise he would be able to coexist in the same world even if his mother in the world married another husband.

bcoz he stopped his own birth, he should not exist in the future.

So the changes he did, affected his existence.

it was a suicide, but he did it to give his mom a happy life.
