Given the strict censorship guidelines they had to adhere to...the acting of both our main actors is just toooooo good! Their eyes convey the emotions they can't physically show for each other. In the later episodes especially, I admire FXB whose eyes have been so expressive in conveying everything he felt for Pei Su and well...ZXC has left me in awe ever since I first saw his drama and in this one...I am smitten. I can totally see this being the new Chinese bromance drama I turn to every other month (provided they end it well).
My vibe is that he isn't an apath, but his father thought he was and raised him to be such. Or...something mentioned…
That's exactly it. He was never an apath, but his crazy apath father just raised him as such. In episode 21, Pei Su's explanation is pretty clear on this. He is not an apath, but maybe because of his father's genes and the environment he was raised in, he could not freely express his emotions.
Eventually, Mo ends up, kind of, killing Sek's mother after she emotionally blackmails her into writing a note where she bequeaths the entire orchard to Mo. After getting the orchard, Mo immediately marries another man. Alongside her marriage, we see a low-key marriage between Thongkam and Jingna.
T&J agree to leave together at night, taking as much as durian possible. But Mo catches them running away and that's when we get to know that Mo's conscious actions / choices also played a part in Sek's death. Thongkam and Mo have an altercation where Mo talks about her past and Thongkam decides to peacefully leave with Jingna. Before they can leave however, Mo's new husband initiates an altercation which ends up killing Jingna. So we see Thongkam leaving the orchard alone and a grief struck Mo walking through the same orchard in despair as compared to the first time when she jumped around with happiness .
Why I consider it cruel, is mainly because in the pursuit of this darned orchard, Mo and Thongkam lose a character which was precious to both of them . Thongkam, once again, loses the person he fell in love with (but as compared to whatever we saw between him and Sek, the chemistry and love between Thongkam and Jingna was so much more magical, electrical and weirdly pure). While, Mo ends up losing her brother, who, despite all her wrongdoings, still sympathized with her.
What a beautiful movie , i was questioning my self why korean cinema getting worse and worse , maybe because thailand…
I totally agree! When I first heard the ost, Rain Wedding, before watching the movie, I thought it was meant for Thongkam and Sek. Now that I have watched the movie, goodness! Thongkam and Jingna shared something far more special....now, Rain Wedding feels like a tribute to their love and listening to the song hurts so much :(
The ending was realistic but also very very cruel... But, the movie as a whole was beautiful. The cinematography, the acting, the raw portrayal of the nature of human beings when being driven by despair, grief and so many more emotions...this movie will stay with me for a long while.
Could anyone please help me understand how the godmother of two male leads is related to Zhang Qi Shan? For instance, is ZQS the uncle of our male leads?
1 in 5 students in dramas have a drunken parent with debt owed to loan sharks.😠Poor Saint!
Let's be happy that this drunken, debt-ridden parent was not abusive (physically or emotionally) towards Saint...I like their father-son relationship, whereby the father wanted Saint to focus on his education.
A part of me is still processing what I watched...It started off as cute but strange and then proceeded to become strange, mysterious but nonetheless, I couldn't stop watching it. I think I liked it and I am sure I will end up thinking of this movie from time to time, wondering what happened to the characters after the ending we watched...
I am not a person to write such vague opinions but I cant sum up what this movie made me feel any better than this. Give it a try, you might like it.
Today's episode is probably my favourite episode from all the BL dramas I have watched so far! I must admit, as I didn't know or see the actors much in the past, I wasnt very excited about the FaifaWine pairing....but I WAS TOO DARN WRONG!!! I love them so much <3 They are, for sure, my favourite couple in this series and among my top 3 BL couples :) I have no clue how I will spend my Sundays without seeing FaifaWine after 6th April :(
can someone please explain this this series is even about lol, but sum it up because the synopsis is making me…
Its basically about 3 main couples whose stories are interconnected. A fun watch so far, you can definitely check out 2 to 3 episodes to decide whether you want to continue the ride. From what I have seen so far, all 3 couples have distinct story lines, so there is a possibility u may like one couple and not the other, so you could stick around and choose for yourself.
It genuinely feels like I have been living under a rock! How in the world have I never seen a drama with Sky and Nani before?!?!?!? Such amazing actors! And I know this is a bromance drama (have seen the original School 2013) but the peak chemistry these two share.. I can't help but look forward to a BL drama starring these two! Both are amazing beyond words! With their expressive eyes, the way they have naturally adapted to the character...just wow. Definitely among the best I have seen this year 🫶
ForceBook might surprise you in this one. I know we weren't fond of them in OF, but hear me out, Book is hilarious…
I totally agree! I have never really liked the pairing of ForceBook in light of their past dramas but, I am surprised as to how much I am actually enjoying their story.
Was very, VERY hesitant to start the series due to the mixed comments but I am pleasantly surprised (to the say least). I have never really been able to see more than an episode of any series of ForceBook, but after their cameo in Peaceful Property, I thought I could give this a chance. Won't deny that my primary interest in this series is PerthSanta but didn't expect to enjoy the story of ArcArm as much as I am doing right now.
I think everyone who is feeling a little hesitant due to the same thing can definitely give it a try... The comedic elements work wonderfully for me but I know everyone's preference must differ, nonetheless, it deserves a chance :)

He is literally the best male lead character among the Lakorns I have watched.
P.S: someone please tell me that Fah stops acting to her mom's wishes soon :(
Amazing comedy drama!
