Ep 4 delivered on all the emotions. I knew Sa-bi was going to pull something like this and get her redemption because growth is a big part of this drama. I'm almost sure she's going to have more petty moments in the future but she's going to handle it better and not sabotage anyone. Seems like my sweet puppy gets scolded next ep.
Woah woah woah. You're responding to things I didn't say or imply. I have no interest in ships and my comment isn't based on just this series but my experience of him as an actor in other BLs and the pattern I'm seeing repeated here. I literally wrote "everything I've seen him in". And just to be clear, I have seen every BL he's been in. Am I allowed to have an opinion now?
I saw the trailer so I knew what to expect but damnnn. The cringey bits are there but for the most it fulfilled what it promised. Jun's lack of self-preservation is hilarious. You see a man like that, you run as quickly as you can in the opposite direction and if you can't run, you do provoke him. He will eat you and wipe his mouth clean. Looking forward to Jun walking right into his mouth in the coming eps.
It has to be said though that Yoon cannot act to save his life. I try not to criticize actors but everything I've seen him in, he's just off. The expressions, the line delivery, even the way he moves, nothing ever quite seems to jive.
I'm glad for everyone whose watching this primarily for romance, bless your loving souls.
I'm here for the doctor/patient chemistry. I was a little worried they wouldn't nail it here as good as in HP but ep 3 has put my mind at rest. I knew Jay wasn't getting on the compliment board. The patients love him but in the way they would a cute puppy. I doubt they take him seriously. His character growth will probably be him becoming more professional and trusted (without losing his cuteness of course). The others are coming along nicely as well.
Nam Gyeong is my favourite right now. She seems the most balance and has a great beside manner. I see an extremely difficult patient or senior doctor in her future.
It seems Seung-won is reluctant to confess because he knows Heesu has a crush on Chan. But the drama hasn't done a good job of showing Heesu and Chan's history/friendship. A comment below says their friendship feels manufactured and I agree. It just feels tacked on for plot's sake when it's supposed to be a mainstay of the drama. So it kind of waters down the reason for Seung-won's reluctance to confess.
Nice ep. Was good to see Heesu lose his shit and be jealous. I don't know why he called Chan selfish though. It makes sense in the manhwa but drama Chan hasn't done anything to Heesu to deserve that. Or did I miss it?
Is it just me, or Ho Sik and the tsundere girl (forgot if they even mentioned her name 🥀) are very cute? If…
Ji Yu kinda feels like a non character now, and her new persona is simply "Chan Yeong's girlfriend", which is sad. I actually liked her when she was by herself.
So so true, I like her better as Seung-won's friend.
