It was a full package drama if you know what I mean.
It started off really well and I found myself being hooked in the first minute. Zhang Han has honestly become one of my favourites because of his role in this drama. The two main leads got together really fast without any delay and throughout the whole drama there was no breakup. Every relationship has some misunderstandings and fights but they got over theirs maturely. There were tooo many sweet moments that I could die for. He was so good to her!!!!
I do think that there were sometimes where the female lead was a little childish and I agree with the fact that her acting could have been a little better in the sense that she could have matured a little more. The focus in this drama was about fashion but I feel as if the ending was a little rushed. I mean Mo Fei's show could have been showed properly at the end since she did so much to study and they should have shown her career life more. Anyhow, no one could have suited her role more than Xu Lu Lu.
Moving on to all the other characters. I really liked Fang Xiao Yu at the beginning but he got annoying in the middle when he went to Paris for her. He clearly knew she liked him but he always tried to create trouble for her. However, after his sister's incident, I started liking him again.
Mo Fan was a good brother and Lu Zhu was so sweet as well. Fortunately, she wasn't a evil sister-in-law and was on the FL side from the start.
I have to mention the ML dad was so funny. Not like other dramas where the dad is always against poor girls and such. In that aspect the mom was annoying enough.
I really really liked this drama and I can say it is one of my favourites. I wish they could come in another drama together.

Easygoing, sweet and simple.

I thought this would be a very typical school drama and would be boring but go my surprise I LOVED it!!! It was so sweet and I love that there weren’t any arguments between the main leads even though they encountered problems. It showed the ups and downs in life and was quite realistic. Another good thing was that they got together quite early in the drama to my surprise (not complaining). There was a love triangle but for some reason this time I didn’t get the second male lead syndrome!!! Maybe because he did a few bad things.
I like that it was the boy who was poor and the girl who was rich. We don’t always get such a storyline. These kind of dramas are always refreshing.
All the friends were amazing as well.
The main lead was so cute and it was my first time watching him act. I am a big fan of him now. The FL also did a good job. She was so understanding and supported him no matter what.
One thing I would suggest is that maybe they could have shown a little more of their happy times. Like the male lead became so successful at the end, they could have shown their life more when she returned from abroad. This is just my opinion.
Overall, it was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend this drama.

Be ready to cry a lot but also smile a lot

I LOVED IT!!
Thai lakorns have the ability to make me cry like a mad women all the time. But this one got to me. So many sad moments with the main leads. I really felt sorry for Nai throughout the whole drama. She was so pure hearted but most people around her tried to harm her all the time. Paul loved her but he wasn’t ready to admit it because of his ego. I understood Paul and where he was coming from. His acting in the last episode with his headache and the hospital scenes was so real :( I love him.
All the people who did wrong got the ending they deserved. I am go glad they didn’t kill off all the evil doers like they do in most dramas. Death is an easy punishment for all the bad things they do.
There were funny scenes at the beginning as well. The doctor and Pat made it less serious and so did all the staff.
Anyways it was a great drama and I’m glad it had a happy ending. I would love for them to work together again.
It’s worth the watch!!!

Nice and casual

It’s a simple story really. Not too many things going on at once. I enjoyed it a lot. Although Sinian was a character who was the icy cold male lead, I found him quite funny and interesting. Especially him and Meng Ran’s little arguments. They had me laughing and smirking everytime. Yun Shu was quite understanding and kind, I liked her simplicity. The two main leads suited each other a lot and I couldn’t agree more with the fact that two opposites attract. People who are very similar are actually like two parallel lines sometimes so the calm and gentle Sinian needed the outgoing and clumsy Yun Shu in his life. They were a perfect match.
One thing I would mention is that the ending was too hasty. I mean what happened to Meng Ran? The matter between Lin Nuo and Zhi Yi should have been explained more. I think they could have made the ending a bit better but overall it’s a drama worth watching.

As I always say, you need a little bit of cliché once in a while. A very straightforward and simple storyline. There were no heartbreaks or major breakups. I think the relationships between all 3 couples was very realistic.
The female lead was honestly so funny. One thing I really liked about this drama was the fact that the female lead's life was simple. She wasn't looking to work like normal people. She was happy with the things she was doing. She didn't chase after more.
The male lead was a little typical but I still liked him. There was a perfect balance between the two of them. I was also glad that his family didn't disapprove of Zheng Li. Nothing like evil in-laws. Phewww!
The friendship between the three girls was also a great element. They never fell out with each other.
Anyways, I recommend this drama for anyone who's looking for a steady and simple storyline.

I have watched a lot of historical dramas but only some have such a satisfying storyline. From episode 1, you know you are in for the best stuff. Li Chang Ge's entry and Ashile Sun's dominating vibe....such amazing actors. Leo's acting in this drama was really really good. He acted out every scene perfectly. His character didn't have major changes personality wise. He liked Li Chang Ge from the very beginning therefore he did everything for. His way was just the way he thought was best. But I have to say that the fact he is willing to change and leave so much behind for her was very touching. He made her his slave but then he became her guard. He went searching for her after episode 26 and then she went to rescue him at the end. The balance in their relationship was very equal. They hurt each other unintentionally but made up for all the bad and even the good. I loved Sun's expressions, his jealousy and specially his soft side for his love.
Li Chang Ge's character had big changes. The free and outgoing princess changed to a revengeful, strong-minded warrior. There were some parts where she made mistakes but in my opinion they were needed for her to realise that revenge won't get her anywhere. Even though the emperor didn't kill her mother, she let go of her revenge without knowing this. Whatever happened because of her at the Ashile camp was a turning point for her. She became so mature since then. Then we ended up with a Chang Ge who only cared about her loved ones and thought things through before taking action.
I always felt bad for Hao Du but honestly they couldn't have given him a better storyline than to let him and Leyan get married.
I'm glad they didn't show the main leads living a life in the countryside like they were going to because both the ML and the FL are good at what they do. They are totally capable to be the leaders they are and still live a peaceful life together.
I can carry on and on forever but I'll stop here.

Honestly a little disappointed with this drama.
There were a few cute and funny moments but there was no spark between the main leads. The drama may have made me a little emotional at times but these emotions didn't last very long.
The female lead's acting was just to much too handle. Like, I understand, she's always happy and optimistic but at times it was a just too annoying. I feel as if most of Xing Fei's dramas are like this and they are all the same.
As much as I love Allen, he could have done better too. There were so many unexplained things such as the biggest one the ending. It was way to rushed even though the drama has 36 episodes.
I thought he had only a month to live, how did he manage to live longer? What is with the new heart? Also the doctor just randomly and suddenly died!
The fact that the bad people caused so much trouble and we didn't get to se the their proper ending was annoying too.
There were too many things wrong and I could go on but I'll leave it at that.
You could get through the drama if you love Allen a lot (like I do) but otherwise I can see why people dropped it at the start.

I want to start off by saying that if you haven’t watched this drama yet, go watch it now. I started Love in Time randomly because I had nothing else to watch at the time but I ended up watching 8 episodes in one night. It starts off with so much comedy. The main leads have so much chemistry right from the start.
The character development of He Zheng Yu from the past to the future was amazing. I’m not saying I liked the future one more than the past or anything because I loved them both equally. The actor played the different personalities so well. I actually didn’t know that the him from the past would fall in love with her. I guess I should have known.
The female lead does get a little annoying at time when she keeps on wanting to break up with him. I get it’s part of the storyline but I felt really bad for the male lead.
The mystery behind Wu Ji Rong’s case was actually quite interesting. I wouldn’t have known in the beginning who the person behind all the chaos was. It’s also interesting that the drama showed what’s meant to happen will eventually happen. Even if the main leads change their destiny, there would be a big price to pay.
I could carry on talking about the drama forever but I just want to skip to the ending. I want to say that with dramas that have such storylines, it is hard to please everyone. The fact that the two He Zheng Yu mixed together was actually the best way to end the drama. I won’t lie, I really started liking the past him and couldn’t choose who I wanted her to end up with. The drama did become so emotional at the end but I loved it. Normally I would say I wish he hadn’t died and that the ending was different. However I am totally content with the ending. I am already missing the drama.

Let me start by saying if you are going to watch this drama, a few thousand boxed of tissues will not be enough!

Ancient Love Poetry is totally my type of drama. Fantasy, historical, heart-touching, heart-breaking and all other deep emotions you can think of. From the beginning you are hooked. I loved the fact that the female lead was the Chief God. This character was so powerful. The fact that she was the only female amongst the true gods and that their relationship was so strong was quiet different. Unlike many other dramas, these four people lived and died for each other and never turned against one another.
Tian Qi was one of my favourite characters as well. Even if his way of doing things were very wrong, he loved the female lead so much and was always ready to do anything for her. Even when she was Hou Chi, he didn't hesitate to protect her. Him bringing up her child was everything.
I get that such dramas always have to kill off some important character but Yue Mi's death was too sudden. She was such a close family to Shang Gu, Tian Qi and even the other two gods.
When Bai Jue and Shang Gu "died" and they skipped 60,000 years, I just wanted them back. I wanted everything to be like before. However, we got Qing Mu and Hou Chi. Their relationship was on another level. Qing Mu was such a loveable person. I loved them but then they just took the 2 of them away. I understand the whole story but I cannot accept this one fact. Although it was a happy ending, for me it was like either a bad cliff-hanger or a sad ending. I am still crying.
Yes, Bai Jue did whatever he did over the 60,000 years for Shan Gu but him taking her memories away, treating her that was just not right. They always think they are doing it for the sake of their loved one but in dramas at times like this, it's better if the truth is revealed and they face things together. The female lead was still upset even after he went so it as the same thing.
This drama had the perfect balance of all the elements that I would want in a drama. All the side characters also had great storylines. Even the little comedy scenes were too good.
I could honestly go on forever and ever but let's stop. I would definitely recommend Ancient Love Poetry to everyone.

Mostly I always do positive reviews but with this one I waited two years so I have to express my opinion.
It started off well with suspense and all but then the storyline just got boring and the episodes dragged on. I then guessed that the female lead was his fiancé so this was another down point for me but I carried on watching to see how it went further. One little thing dragged on for so many episodes. Even when the male lead found out that Ou Kexin was his fiancé, there was no passion in their relationship. It was slow moving and just not it. They were hardly together. And the ending! I mean they made us go through so much the least they could have done is given us a truly happy and satisfying ending.
The only thing I liked about this drama was the brotherhood and friendship between Li Rousheng and Mu Qing. I knew they would have the ending they did but it was worth it for them.
Overall, I was truly disappointed with this drama.

I know 50% of people liked this drama and 50% didn't. I also know there were a few things that could have been improved but for me the pros outweigh the cons. Plus I am a big big fan of the Wang Yi Bo and Zhao Li Ying so I give this drama full ratings. This is just my opinion.
Legend of Fei was a drama that had me waiting every week for the episodes to come out and once they were released, it had me fangirling every second.
I loved the main couple. A lot of people might think Wang Yi Bo and Zhao Li Ying don't suit each other but I think they were a perfect couple for the role. Their funny, cute and even the sad moments had me loving them soooo much. Xie Yun's love for Zhou Fei was the best. Her way of loving him was so fierce (and funny) but she protected him all the time. Something new we got to see.
I am glad that there were no heart breaking break ups or any misunderstanding between the main couple. Although Xie Yun's illness made a lot of scenes upsetting but the fact that A'Fei was with him made everything better. They got together so naturally and were together throughout the whole drama. Their love was touching.
The trio of the physician was soo funny, especially towards the end of the drama. Their characters grew so well. I had no idea Yang Jin's character would develop so much. I am so glad that no main or my favourite characters died.
I have loved this drama more than I can describe in words.

I started the drama long after it released. However as soon as I started it, I finished it in 4 days. It was such an amazing drama. The storyline, the cast and everything was perfect.
A martial arts drama where the main male lead doesn't have any kungfu skills; this was what I liked about it. Even though Lin Fang didn't know how to fight, his tactics and strategies were enough to defeat the evil. Qing Hong was such a cute character as well. She always protected her loved ones but when her parents died, I couldn't have cried more in my whole life. The fact that they showed her leading the army commanders was good because we got to see the full process. One of my favourite parts of the drama (along with many other parts, of course).
Although the main couple's love life started very late, those last episodes were sweet enough to make up for all the time they missed. Even in the starting episodes, their scenes were worth loving.
The maid, Xiao Lan added the fun to the drama and without her I must say the drama could have been a little boring. I was glad they gave us such a character.
I felt a little sorry for Wen You, he shouldn't have died, after so many efforts he finally was happy with his wife yet he died in the end. Another thing I loved was that the main female lead got together with the second male lead at the beginning of the drama. Something we see very less in dramas nowadays.
Overall, I am going to recommend the drama to everyone I meet and I myself will re-watch it several times.
I LOVED IT!!!!!

So, as always, if it's Leo I am bound to watch the drama no matter what. I started this drama only for Leo but from the beginning I realised it was an interesting story line. All the characters pulled of their roles so well. I was glad that they unveiled and removed Li Ze Liang's uncle from the picture early on in the drama and that they didn't drag his story until the end. You kind of start to know that the lawyer is the main evil in the drama but it was still surprising to see how evil and crazy he was.
I loved that the male lead believed the female lead no matter what and that he was so gentle and loving towards her. However, Xie Yi didn't really put her 100% trust in him when the matter with her sister happened. I feel as if this was one of the downsides of the relationship but yes she did secretly help him and of course went back to him. In Lie to Love, the main leads get together so naturally, like how it may be in real-life. There was no sappy confession or anything too cliche. I loved this.
There were funny moments as well in the drama with the second main leads and it took away the tension from the episodes.
Last point I have to make is that I also love how the female lead calls the male lead by a name that no one else calls him by. I always love unique names and nicknames that dramas use.
Putting aside the small cons of the drama, overall it was a great one and worth the wait.

Okay so I watched a Thai drama after so long. At first, it was difficult to continue watching but after maybe the fist episode or so, I got hooked. Most of the Thai lakorns I have watched are always about revenge and extreme revenge I mean. Although this one had the revenge element, it was nothing too big or extra. Even when the truth was revealed to the male lead, they didn't show him hating the female lead for so many episodes. It was for a little while and he got his head around the right thing. The male lead was so cute and actually funny. I loved every time he teased the female lead.
I have to say though, the female lead was a little stupid. She clearly knew at the start who he was. Okay, maybe she was scared to tell him the truth but she didn't have to confess her feelings even if she fell in love with him. She knew he would hate her after knowing who she actually is. But I guess that is how the drama had to go on. :)
Also, though there were evil characters, I personally felt that they weren't too bad like the other Thai dramas. I cannot handle when evil characters in dramas keep on doing evil without any punishment. This one had a good balance.
The whole drama may have been quite cliché but it had good twists and the perfect amount of love and hate and all.
I would recommend it if you're looking to watch a Thai lakorn next.

I am still crying right now. It was really really sad. So many good people died. I knew An Zi Yi was going to die because they always kill off the cheerful characters. I cried so much when he died. Also the main lead’s separation and their longing for each other was really painful yet touching. I know some people might not like this sort of drama but I do. I always felt sorry for Chu Che, he had to see his loved ones being hurt. He was so close to Yi Luo yet so far from her. They deserved more happy times.
I actually really liked Luo Han Tong. He sincerely loved her even though his actions weren’t right but his death was too much as well. I never liked his brother but he was also really good to Yi Luo. Her acting was superb in my opinion. She was one of the characters who had a major change in their personality and she played her part well.
But overall it was a drama I would recommend to those who like watching costume dramas.
