So when I started watching this I thought about dropping it like 20 times. The female lead was portrayed as a…
The lack of chemistry and connection you felt in the kiss scenes—except for the one in the Demon Realm—was actually due to choppy editing and China's strict censorship laws regarding romance scenes at the time. If it wasn't for those restrictions, we definitely would have seen much better chemistry between Yang Zi and Deng Lun. Both of them explicitly stated in interviews that they felt zero awkwardness or shyness when filming those scenes. That being said, I personally still found the kiss scenes in both the Heavenly Realm and the Mortal Realm quite beautiful and engaging

First of all, my account is not fake; I'm just relatively new here. Second, there was a lot of discussion about whether IU and Byun Woo Seok had chemistry or not, but there wasn’t really any debate about whether the main couple in Ashes of Love had chemistry. Third, the chemistry between Jin Mi and Xu Feng was very romantic for so many people. And lastly, well, good for you that you found the couple in Love Game in Eastern Fantasy very attractive and romantic

"I honestly don't understand how you didn't feel the chemistry between the main leads. For many viewers, their chemistry was nothing short of extraordinary. What exactly do you mean by 'proper chemistry'? Does it have to be about them 'eating each other's faces,' having long kisses, sexy scenes, or bath scenes?
I personally felt zero chemistry between the leads in 'Only for Love', despite the fact that they had numerous kiss scenes and physical intimacy. In my opinion, Bai Lu and Dylan Wang are the most overrated C-drama couple. To me, the chemistry between Yang Zi and Deng Lun was far superior to those couples who just kiss excessively or 'devour' each other on screen.
Yang Zi and Deng Lun have known each other since 2012 when they worked on a project together. By the time they reunited for Ashes of Love four years later, they had a deep mutual understanding and felt incredibly comfortable around each other. Being only 16 days apart in age, they had a natural rapport that allowed them to perform kiss scenes, touch each other comfortably, and even handle semi-nude scenes with such ease, making the romance feel authentic and beautifully executed
"I just finished watching 'Ashes of Love' and I absolutely loved it. I fell in love with Xufeng's character. I really hope to see you back in C-dramas one day. You deserve the best! Forever waiting for your comeback❤❤❤❤
I finished this series. I enjoyed it immensely. The story was beautiful and profound. The character development and the acting were excellent. The chemistry between the leads was superb. The love between Xufeng and Jinmi was incredibly beautiful and heartbreaking.jinmi and xufeng are one of best couple in cdrama.I really miss deng lun.
I wouldn't trust anything to do with Mango TV, they are owned by Mango Excellent Media who in turn owns EE media…
Well, it seems like Mango TV doesn't host Yu Menglong's dramas. I'll have to go to YouTube channels or other platforms to request this drama with English subtitles
Last drama for Screenwriter, Ratings: 7.7 too much
You’ve gotta be kidding me! I think this series was actually better than some of those overhyped shows. It didn’t have any annoying love triangles, and it had a solid, decent ending. If Hwarang didn't even deserve an 8 and was only worth watching because of Taehyung—rather than its script, character development, or the lead actors' performances—at least Park Hyung-sik’s acting was great. As for Moon Lovers, it mostly got an 8.7 rating because of its star-studded cast and the fact that it’s IU’s only historical drama, not because of a strong script; the ending was a total disaster. Moon Lovers was nothing more than 'fast-food' television and didn't deserve such a high score.

Go Youn-jung's acting was soulless and artificial!! That's a good joke. Actually, her chemistry with Lee Jae-wook was excellent. Jung So-min's biased fans are always trying to tear down and hate on Go Youn-jung.
Saying Go Youn-jung's acting was bad is a joke😂. Season 2 was a masterpiece, but it got hated on because of…
Well, Chinese drama episodes are usually 40 minutes long. If you're looking for short, male-led series, I'd recommend Under the Skin, Hikaru no Go, and Reset.

I get your point, but honestly, I'd rather watch those than Kdramas with spoiled, weak, or one-dimensional female characters. For example, I couldn't connect with 'Good Boy' because it felt too one-dimensional, and even though I liked 'Boys Over Flowers' for Lee Min-ho back then, the FL was so annoying and weak compared to the strong and independent versions in the Thai and Japanese remakes. Actually, China has produced plenty of great male-centric dramas too. Shows like 'Fight Break Sphere', 'The Untamed', 'Joy of Life', and the upcoming 'The Legend of Zang Hai' are all focused on the male lead's journey. You might find them more to your liking!
I really miss yu meng long💔💔
