Yes you are right. I only remember how horrible they (Ye family) were when TTJ doesn't want to step into their house when YXW went back for her birthday meal.
TTJ was tamed (lol) because he received love. But YBC is also loved by XL.

Oh really?? Actually I will rate this drama 10/10 if they can make YBC's character more interesting!

I remember when I was watching Games of Throne, there's so many despicable character. I believe when people are in power, the evil and greed will come out. For YBC's situation now, she is weak and powerless, much like TTJ when he was a hostage prince. He became evil when he has the power (the crow attack, killing ppl who betrayed him etc), but because of LXW, he keep his evilness in check.
I can relate to TH's being evil, because she has the power. But for YBC, I still couldn't relate yet.

Sometimes villain roles are hard to play. But when play right, it can be a breakthrough for the actor's career. For ex Lim Ji-Yeon in The Glory. Hate the character, but love the actress. Great acting.
But sometimes, it also really depends on the script.

Thing is, they didnt give as much back story to YBC that contribute to her craziness. We didnt get to see Ye family abused or mistreated her. I don't like that the story (novel and drama) are just feeding us blindly that YBC is evil. But then, usually dramaland doesn't build second lead character well.
AND, the scene that she pushed her maid to the robber, was very unnecessary, just to show us how psycho and evil she is.

Exactly. There should be grey, like TTJ. Her 3rd character’s name is Mo Nv, literary means Witch. Wont be good I think 😂

I don’t hate YBC as much as everyone here. I just find that her evilness is not very believable. It seems like the writer only write her character to be a villain and nothing more than that, which is very boring(same problem in all Cdrama). Don’t forget that the main evil here suppose to be TTJ as Demon God who is going to destruct the world. But we all fall in love with him! Because we empathize him, we sympathize him and he is not heartless. But YBC is just pure evil, because the writer wants her to be. I just find that overall she’s a very boring and one dimensional character. I mean, how could anyone be so evil in all 3 characters? If I’m an actress I wouldn’t play such role 😅

Episode 20-21 is SO GOOD I’m crying in happiness 😭

TTJ was quite a 混蛋 (jerk), for making YXW so sad and crying. But it was cute (and sad) to see YXW finally showing us that she fell hard for him. OK, I understand he was so devastated that his mom’s ashes were gone and he has to kill his nanny maid, so I don’t expect anything less from our little Demon God. The scene where YBC got into the carriage with TTJ and not YXW, the soldiers kept looking to and fro at YXW wondering wth is happening here was so hilarious and sad at the same time. Argh this drama is giving me so much mix feeling. So much angst and sweetness from yesterday’s episode ❤️💔

She fell for him, unwillingly. hahaha. She was so sad when TTJ was mad at her and ignored her.

Yes, that scene he really look scary and sounded very much like a ‘huen dan’ (jerk)
