There’s a lot of people complaining about not able to watch this drama. I never thought it would’ve been exclusive to certain regions. I hope everyone is able to watch it pretty soon. I also submitted it for Viki as many don’t have Iqyi.

It’s funny how Lbl fans keep coming here to diss this drama. It doesn’t matter if you find the writing silly. Newsflash that’s the freaking point of this drama. It’s a comical love story about drama cliches and plots. If you don’t understand and don’t like it dropped it. But stop coming up here bragging about LBL when it didn’t even do all that well in mainland China where it actually counts. Just saying. It takes the joy outta those who are just now discovering both leads.

Will they not be releasing the soundtrack album on Apple? I don’t see no one covering the songs from this drama other than netizens. I was hoping peachy could as they do a wonderful job. The ost in this drama is truly good and I would love to have the official soundtrack once the drama ends.

I think they’re doing this because this drama only has 24 episodes. So they gotta stretch it. She does confess in ep.19 so going forward it’s lovey dovey until back to the future.

I think the Ml Hai Ming mother is the first I’ve ever seen who truly loved her son so much that she’s willing to defy her husband and his rules. I’m rewatching the drama again and on ep. 7 right before he agrees to marrying that stiff wig. I mean Wan Jun. The actor who plays the father is normally a good dad in dramas so I’m shocked to see him in this kinda role. He was Yang Zi dad in Go Go Squid. However, he’s doing an amazing job irritating the hell out me.

the rating on sites like mdl isn’t reliable nor related to the drama success. it’s being well received and not long ago trended again on Weibo with the leads having so much chemistry. the rating per your question is low because of the Ml last drama. Many at first came here and on Viki to talk down this drama and FL. If you wanna watch just watch and judge for yourself. I feel so bad for Gao Haiming he’s literally a bumbling baby in love and she’s also in love but won’t say it because of how she will have to leave. I just won’t her to forget about the pager and it’s crazyness and just live in the moment. We know she do.

Omg I’m rewatching when the pager had literally people riding and driving passed Huan Er and they couldn’t see her because the pager made it so only the Ml could save her. That’s so freaking funny. Just left Weibo and the supergroup netizens are really fond of sudden liking.

of course she has to do what the novel pager says or she won’t be allowed to return. tell us what you would do in that situation? Quite the same as her. Also her presence is phenomenal and bubbly. That’s what makes the Ml in the 20s and 90s fall head over heels in love with her. Her character is the one who gave all her money away to the ex boyfriend the fl only did it once because it trigger consequences inside of the novel.

rewatching again and I’m on episode 10 again. I just loved how he’s trying to win her heart and how he’s so jealous. He’s literally scheming same as her. However, he doesn’t need some magical game Pager. He’s just using per jealous and smarts. I’m not sure if I’ve said this before but I’m totally obsessed with this drama. Wished it was longer but oh well.

the new calendar has a white shirt and kisses on 29-1-26. I think those two episodes 16-17 is the famous Weibo scene with their first night. I’m just guessing but it seems that way. Either way I’m just enjoying this drama. I needed such a light hearted rom com drama for 2026. Currently rewatching 1-12 episodes over and over. It’s just that good. 😊
