really miss her already. I’ve been watching some of her older dramas many do not care for. Such as Destiny of a white snake, Perfect Marriage, My Mowgli boy, Psychogloist, The oath of love, The legend of the dragon pearl. I revisited Lost you forever and Flourished peony and though I love those dramas. I gotta say I truly miss yang Zi in idol dramas. She truly owned the screen in every role she takes. I’m about to rewatch Go Go Squid, Ashes of love, and yes even immortal samsara, and noble aspirations. I sound like a broken record but I just cannot take another business theme drama. another drama centering around family issues, female centric dramas. It’s getting harder to get excited for anything she takes on. While the heir was truly good. I knew many would compare it with FP. I just hope she tries her hand at other roles. Born to be alive indicates she can do any role and be great at it. I hope she won’t keep looking dramas that will bring national recognition within China news all the time. give us something fresh once in awhile. 💜💜💜

The heir was targeted by other actress fans who hate yang Zi. drama was bombard with 1.0 star ratings so much the initial douban score was looking 6.1 but it’s actually a 7.4 the drama on mdl had a score of 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.7, 7.8, 8.0 and then 7.9 now it’s back to 7.8 drama has been certified a hit in China and internationally is labeled S+ tier drama. Ratings have surpassed a billion and drama has been in newspapers, news, even brought a lot of tourism to this area in China due to it being the first actual ink making drama. It’s up to you as a viewer to decide if you want to continue or not. With me mentioning the success of the drama isn’t to change your mind but give you an insight on why the reviews are mixture.
