I think the ML and FL will clash because of business ideology and that is what will cause the breakup. The FL is too idealistic and running a company never works that way. She needs to understand that her investors are not going to be nice. I think HT has given her enough leeway but just as XYX has been reminding him he needs to take a stance soon.

Yes granted they were going to separate given how bad communication was between them and they were not right for each other. The issue with the friend was that she was waiting to take advantage of it. The way she was sympathizing with YC and having side conversations with him about the FL was not right. A friend who is waiting to date your BF/ ex BF is a red flag. She always had this look of ‘why can’t he choose me? Why is he with her? And YC was using her as a confidant when he was supposed to be communicating with his GF. Actually FL was settled in that relationship. All the insecurities came from YC who did not want to wait a little bit for her. Her being ambitious was not a crime . That’s my take on it
