I still can’t bring myself to watch the last two episodes. This drama left me an emotional mess. No joke. In my head he gets better through THE POWER OF LOVE 😖😖😖😖 I knew from the first episode he was going to….to…*sniff* but I can’t accept it.
It genuinely broke me. I haven’t got the courage to watch the last two episodes because I genuinely couldn’t handle it. I was a mess. We knew it was going to happen from the first episode, but I just can’t watch him die. In my head he miraculously gets better and they live a life together. Happy. Forever. I just can’t. 😫😫😫 because of this series, I can’t watch dramas with sad endings anymore. That’s how much it affected me.
It is a truly brilliant drama. Everything about it was fantastic. It was so funny, too. The fact it made me so emotionally invested in Hae Jo’s character to the point I had to hide in my bed crying is due to the fantastic acting, directing and writing.
I will never forget this drama. Ever. Hae Jo *sniff* don’t leave me 😖😖😖

This hurts. I agree the acting has been great (my exception is JossGawin but I can’t go on another rant about them). The actors can do soooooo much more than they were allowed to do. And, yes, I DID watch the pilot, which is why I am even more annoyed and let down.
As someone posted a while ago, they should have named it ‘Romeo & Romeo’ or something and dropped the Only Friends.
Thinking about it, why is it ‘Dream On’?? What did that name have to do with the plot?? Feels like it was a jab to the viewers.

I am so excited about this. The novels are AMAAAAZING (I’m not into manhua, so read the novels instead). I’m excited to see if the uncle is as chaotic as I imagined, the ex is as catty as I pictured and the photographer is as batshit as I imagined. AND BOSS IS THE PHOTOGRAPHER *squealinggggggg*. I’m a bit worried because it’s a Thai adaptation and they have been known for just RUINING great BL books (Addicted Heroin for example -oh god, I’m gonna cry again if we don’t get a proper Addicted series 🥺). Thailand, PLEEEEEEASE, NO SILLY SOUND EFFECTS FOR THIS ONE!! 🙏🤲

The controversies were with the characters being shitty people doing shitty things. This season characters are being slated because they’re so undeveloped, bland and just so..BORING.
Boston WAS legendary. Season 2 just ruined Boston. We were all so excited to see him coming back to stir things up and…nothing. Not even ONE DAMN KISS. Urgh. I’m hurting so much
I quite enjoyed ep 11. I think it felt less dramatic just to be dramatic without it actually having any real drama…
YESSSSS an actually did something i have never done before watching ANY drama: I fast forwarded all of ArnoldTua this episode because i just take the cringe anymore. I have been vocal about my opposition to JossGawin. I just don’t get it. Why are people falling over themselves about this pairing?! I honestly can’t see ANY chemistry between them at all in this, their other drama golden blood or even in their interactions and interviews. NONE.

I’m angry because the original series was better than this one. Season 2 was billed and teased as being the same as the original as far a messiness. But this is watered down so much it’s lost the taste of Only Friends. It shouldn’t be part of the same franchise
