I guess I’m just used to it because I watched a lot of Chinese dramas and they switch back-and-forth between like their present and the past with no explanation lol.

At first, I had trouble getting into this drama but now I’m like literally on episode four lol. I think the one thing that kind of annoys me was I feel like maybe not necessarily? Khem because the master has been kinda standoffish and cold towards him. I think that Jett would’ve been more upfront with his master about him that at least at night when he’s sleeping Khem like literally can’t be left alone because the last time even sleeping beside Jett , he thought he was in a dream but was actually sleepwalking and nearly jumping off the balcony. So when master was like oh I need my soul to leave my body and so it’s better for him to go with others to be watched since you can’t watch him. I was thinking that they don’t know that he has these problems. I guess you could say. As the only person he seems to have been open about with them is Jett? So I kept thinking I bet you something‘s gonna happen and he is gonna go missing because at least Jett knows the dangers and can be more aware of it where other people won’t be. I was like I can totally see that there’s gonna be an issue 😂.

I can understand wanting to stay out of his Karma, but masters response basically being like I’m not gonna help you goodbye enjoy the time you have left. I I kept thinking to myself dude that’s so cold 😂. Like poor Khem is not getting any empathy over the fact that he literally is gonna die a horrible death in like six months and the Shaman he’s trying to get help from is just like buh bye ✌️ 😂.

I think I read a comment a while ago saying that it’s not really mean he is a bit cold or trying to be indifferent. It’s the struggle of developing feelings, but also having professionalism to towards somebody that you’re trying to help or is come to you for help. That’s a boundary that you don’t necessarily want to cross because it might feel unethical.

So finally started watching us finished episode one I find it kind of interesting that they’re like oh don’t get involved in another fate for karma? But it’s like not really Khems karma. I guess it’s his family’s karma? It’s kind of sad that he’s so far removed from what originally happened that by not being involved in this karma it’s like you’re basically saying, an innocent man has to die.

It is not a slip though they give you warnings like you have more than one opportunity to correct your mistakes and if you don’t do it, that’s when they go after you so yeah he’s a cause. I’m sure he had the opportunity to make up for it before they went after him.

Maybe I am confused but when I translate to English in it says launched in July 2021 will be released in November then there was no date? So wouldn’t have been out 2021? Since it seems like none of the comments are current

Also it’s not listed in any of Fu Xin Bo’s upcoming dramas and you think that it was confirmed then they would’ve replaced Deng Lun in the cast list already. I just googled it and it says Fu Xin Bo has replaced him. Who knows though lol

I understand him wanting to find out if she had amnesia in truth, but literally then the next scene shows him torturing her some more. Since her injuries from battle have literally just happened. I was like do you want her to get an infection and die before you’ve got your answers? 😂😂😂😂

A lot of people don’t think that’s OK and I’ve heard a lot of people complaining about it. It was to the point where I’d heard a rumour that they’d actually replace the actress.

But also, how do you expect her to get experience in the lead role unless she’s being paired with other veteran actors? Since she’s just starting out, she also doesn’t have a lot of choice in what roles her agency accepts either. Since she is under age, they’re just won’t be any intimate scenes which is-as it should be.

I think it’s like because there’s so many different dialects and they want everybody to sound the same
