Haha. There are some romantic moments unique to this kdrama for sure . I don’t know whether they were him improvising or these were written into the script but they were extremely well executed! I have liked him since I first saw him in Sweet Home S2. I was sure he’d make a great ML. So glad he’s finally getting what he deserves.
I wonder what’s up with Mun do and his son! Earlier I thought his child had died and he’s just a little psycho about it but in this episode it became clear that he’s alive and living in the USA. Also why did he cancel his plan to travel there?
It’s become one of those dramas which fall in the middle like not boring but lost the pace, energy, vibe that made it likeable at first. I think I will continue to see it to the end since only 2 episodes remaining now. This is one of the plus points of watching dramas during their on air time. I usually finish them unless they are unbearably horrible. P.S: I have only watched AHS in one more drama long back but here I am suddenly realising that he doesn’t have a great range. His emoting is rather flat or just one dimensional. The FL is miles ahead in that regard.
HNJ caught my attention first in Sweet Home. I thought he was quite good looking and could play the main lead some day. Next I watched When the phone rings but I didn’t finish that drama and had honestly forgotten about him being in it. Then I saw him again in WTSG and I was again convinced that he’d make a great main lead. So glad he finally got his chance and what a breakthrough I must say. He deserves all the love and attention he’s getting now.
I mean it’s going great but I don’t mind some serious, intensely romantic persuasion of Seo Ri from our man Se Gye in the upcoming episodes. I’d love myself some toe curling, cheeks flushing moments y’all ☺️☺️
I love the interactions between Se Gye and his manager. So damn funny 🤣 Absolutely loved the elevator scene with those cloud rain and sunshine icons above their heads and Se Gye’s foul mood ruining everything. 🤣
Sometimes I scare myself with my own high expectations so I am taking deep breaths and telling myself I will take things one episode at a time and see how it’s going. So far it’s ahhhmazzzinggg! But I have been burnt before 😭 ( Bon apetit your majesty comes to mind instantly) Just happy right now it’s Friday and my favourite drama is gonna air a new episode. Sigh!
I must say the ML’s behaviour at the end of episode 8 seemed pretty inconsistent to how he’s been shown up until now. The writers are being lazy. Do a better job than write such a cliched breakup when it’s going totally against the highly caring, super considerate and helpful guy characteristics of the ML. A sudden odd move out of nowhere.

Ah yes it’s definitely being loved by almost everyone. When the first two episodes had just released, I had seen some negative comments which were honestly silly, judging a show too early and one or two criticism about the ML’s looks but those comments have been long buried since everyone seems to be swooning over him now, lolll
A rare case on MDL when 90% of the comments are unanimously praising the show. This show must be doing things right! Please please do not let us down MRN …keep this rolling the way it has been up till now. The best kdrama I have watched in a while.
It’s weird. I am on episode 5 and the ML’s role up until now has been 3 minutes on every episode. How can he be called the main lead? Lol I don’t hate the drama just find it super odd because of this. Seems like a wasted opportunity for ML.
