I LOVE how Tinn is literally OBSESSED with Gun, but not in a creepy, stalker way but in a cute, innocent funny way, just like a real life teenager in middle or high-school who is experiencing a crush for the first time. Maybe that's why this drama feels so nostalgic to me... Everything about it, the plot, the vibe, the characters, the directing and cinematography... everything makes me remember my school life , my friends and my crushes from school. It makes me wanna go back in time and I miss my old friends.

I see. I understand where are you coming from. That bed scene is definitely a controversial one and many people will be uncomfortable watching it. I know I would be, if I wasn't already a years experienced BL fan who's seen tons of this type of content LOL. Of course me being not surprised with some things don't make them okay and I know how to separate reality from fiction, and I'm also living for the day to see a non toxic BL couple.
Also. you too, thank you for being open minded and patiently reading my responses and opinions too and taking them seriously. It's rare to find a place on internet where you could openly share your opinions and where someone would take their time to seriously think them through and politely agree or disagree and then sharing their own thoughts patiently, without judging you. Even tho we might not fully agree on some things, I really appreciate all your responses.

I actually think that het shows and movies, especially western ones are even more problematic with their tropes and quirks. Maybe they won't go as far with physical sexual assault but the amount of emotional toxicity that male characters in most het western shows show towards the female characters is unsurpassed. And the main problem is that it's very romanticized and widely seen as totally okay. Take for example After or 365 days.

True, BL world definitely needs to work on certain tropes like playing hard to get or like getting advantage of a drunk person (I can't count how many times I've seen this trope in bl , Jesus!) Anyways, I think that we're finally getting somewhere with thai BLs and their tropes, for example adding Rain's inner monologue is a huge step forward, it doesn't seem like it is but it's the best we got so far lol , and Payu openly saying that he is bi and not saying something like "I don't like boys, I only like you" , I'm so tired of that line LOL. In conclusion, just as I said in my previous comment, I think we have a pretty solid foundation to believe that BL world is finally ready to take a step forward and leave old toxic habits behind.
I agree! I got the same vibe o: I hope the rest of the show proves us right
I hope too. For now, I'm trying not to get too attached and not to have big expectations from this drama, knowing how the other works from MAME are. But at the same time I'm genuinely hoping that this one won't disappoint me, since i enjoyed the first episode a lot.
I absolutely agree that Payu should have stopped right after Rain said no the first time, but I can't completely judge him for thinking that Rain is interested in him. Ya all are forgetting that we are seeing the story from Rain's perspective, and he's too innocent and everything he did was on accident, but if we were seeing the story from Payu's perspective, I think everyone would agree that what Rain did was basically throwing himself at Payu and trying to flirt. So like, I can understand where is Payu coming from. Also, only one episode is out and nothing drastic happened so far. It's too early to judge the characters but so far i got the impression that Payu is a character that wouldn't actually cross the line and that what he did is because he genuinely thought Rain was okay with that and playing hard to get.
I think we have a solid base to believe this is gonna be at least a bit different than other MAME works and people are too fast coming to conclusion that this is just another TharnType or something. I personally got a totally different vibe from it.
I'm truly wondering why every time a MAME show drops people come to even comment/watch. You're not the target…
This is something i've been thinking and trying to put into words but couldn't find a way. But you interpreted this perfectly and everything you said is true, even tho many people won't admit it.
I got just one more episode left to watch and i must say it's been a really long time since I simply enjoyed a kdrama this much. It had it's flaws, just like any other drama, and the first couple of episodes were a bit repetitive, but it didn't unmake the overall enjoyment of the drama. All the couples had great chemistry and all actors' acting was superb. I'll really miss this one after I finish it.
I remember watching this back in 2019 and really liked the first episodes but for some reason i dropped it idk why, but now i accidentally found it again and i'm so excited to watch it again.
I don't understand why is everyone hating on this show so much. Yes, I know the romance is not great and the FL is not great, but if you ignore the romance part and focus on the other parts of the plot more, such as the comedy and mystery and crime, this is actually a great kdrama. I'm really enjoying it. And i really like all other characters, the ML and his sister and best friend.
