Many reviews I've read say that this BL lacks depth and stuff like that. In my opinion, this BL is pretty much perfect. It's short enough that you can watch it in a day or two easily. There are only a few things that I can think of that go unresolved and unless you're wracking your brain about it like I am you may not even remember what I'm talking about. There isn't any homophobic drama, which I love because that gets so tiring. There is no bitchy girlfriend to worry about and make trouble for the couples. I do admit that the one girl in this is that 'bitchy' female character that everyone complains about but her character is essential for Junping and his lover getting together. I'm sure the producers could have done it differently and not made her character like that but I really don't think it's that terrible. I've seen much worse girls in BL being absolute bitches to even their boyfriends. I know people are tired of girls being misrepresented and all of us being 'bitchy' in bl but I've also seen plenty of adorable BL-lover/Yaoi fans and super supportive sisters/mothers too.

Anyway, back to my main point this BL is nice and short. It has just enough drama that you don't get tired of it. It's really cute, there isn't any graphic violence. All the couples wrap up together perfectly. I love this BL so much and all the comments about it lacking kinda hurt my fangirl heart. If you're reading reviews and wondering if you should still watch it if it lacks as much as people say, trust me it's good. Please watch it.

I watched this on AsianCrush and maybe the version on there is just badly edited but I genuinely had no idea what was happening the whole time. For more than half the movie I thought the guy paying for the apartment was the kid's dad. At one point the girl just kind of disappears and I never got a good ending for her. It seemed like the North Korean boy had gone to the apartment to clean it or something and the other guy was there then they just like made the decision to live together. I didn't see any of the like talking online or whatever. Why did they decide to commit suicide together and then one choked the other out but at the end they both leave the smoke filled room alive. Like I thought they wanted to commit suicide? I'm so so so confused. If someone could clarify this for me that would be awesome.

Many people in other reviews said that if you read the manga first that it is quite wonderful. I decided to just watch it and see what I thought about the movie and I didn't really think it was anything special. Please don't be angry with me if you loved it. I thought it was good in general but it seemed to lack in many ways that I wasn't really expecting like some scenes where I had no idea where the character(s) was for several moments and others where the camera was so far away that if it weren't for the height difference I probably couldn't have told you which was which. But other than just odd little things like that, the storyline itself is quite interesting. The actors didn't seem uncomfortable being a little cutesy with the other. Overall it's enjoyable if you're bored I would suggest watching it. I probably won't rewatch it, but I enjoyed watching it once.

I just finished watching the movie. The credits are still rolling. My eyes hurt from crying so much. If you watch this be prepared to cry for a lot of it. The story has so many plot twists that I wasn't expecting. I was genuinely expecting a happy ending until the aunt saw the picture of them together and pretty much from there everything goes downhill. It's so sad, kill me. I really enjoyed watching this, I highly suggest you do watch it. The acting was really good if you ask me. Golf getting so angry occasionally always intimidated me, even as the viewer. You can see Bank's admiration for Golf so easily. They are quite cute. The love between the two is also very cute. It's quite wholesome overall.

The first paragraph of the description makes it seem like it is a different society type thing. It's not. The police officers don't all work for gangsters, this only happens a couple of times in the story. I also don't like how it says Tang Yi set a "love trap" for Meng Shaofei. Shaofei falls for Tang Yi first but having Shaofei fall in love with him was not Tang Yi's plan. The only thing Tang Yi was planning was getting revenge on the murderer of Tang Guodong. He was quite flirtatious with Shaofei, but I would not say he set up a trap of some kind. It feels very misleading. I was expecting some kind of elaborate plan Tang Yi had set up to be revealed at the end, but there wasn't one. Shaofei was the one who followed Tang Yi everywhere, willingly. He was the one making moves on Tang Yi and getting jealous when Tang Yi still seemed to be clueless about Shaofei's feelings.

Okay, I'll stop ranting about the description now. This story is so incredibly good. I don't really feel like I need to say much about how wonderful it is because I know many other reviews have done a great job of telling how good this show is. I love it, please watch it.

I really enjoyed this movie. I really enjoyed the acting, especially Fluke's. I have seen him in other things and I've never seen him play such a scary role, but he really pulled it off. Since I've seen him in Until We Meet Again and My Bromance I was not expecting him to pull off how crazy he is at the end. I knew he was a little off since he just let some random guy lick him when he injured himself but when he hits Boy with that bat I was genuinely shell shocked. I really don't know what to think about the ending of the movie though... They talk about how if you believe in something enough it will happen. But since he kept the guitar with him is it implied that Night came back to him when he is in the jail cell and they leave together? Or is he just crazy and he hallucinated Night coming back to him? Also why the frick did Night get into that trash can? I know that Wine popped out of it previously but what was he thinking by hiding in that trash can? He told Wine not to look for him so he wasn't expecting to be found... Was he just planning to die there and he heard Wine getting arrested and he went to go save Wine after he got arrested? If he was just going to save Wine why did he leave Wine in the first place? If you have any theories I'd love to hear them. I am so confused. I dislike open endings.
